We did a sunset and an early morning game drive and we got great support from Lucky and were fortunate enough to see all the big five. We were picked up by Thom at the hotel and he did a great job and he is a very safe driver. On the Panorama Route he explained all the sights and we were impressed by his appearance. We had the holiday of a lifetime!! Thom was absolutely amazing, he turned up to the airport on time and was friendly, chatty, taught us some of the local language, made sure we were comfortable...we couldn't fault him! He always met up with us every morning and evening to make sure we were okay at the accommodation and to tell us the upcoming plans, was on hand to help us get anything we needed (he took us to the supermarket for water and supplies!) and we just had a fab experience. Safari was so cool, all the staff on both safari and at the lodge were brilliant they were so kind and really keen to make sure we had the best time. thank you so much!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Sandy Tracks. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Sandy Tracks will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
