We are Indonesian citizens who have a US green card and US B1/B2 visa. We will travel from the US to join the tour. Would you also arrange for the international flight from SFO? We need to confirm the info that Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua have a C-4 agreement so if we enter from one of these countries it will be valid for all 4 countries. Is it correct?
