  The hotel was bad, they stole 200 euros from the bag and acted as if nothing happened. They should boycott sana malhoa completely. The greyline bus tours are excellent but one can book them separately for much cheaper price. Did not know this beforehand. Avoid the packageShow more

  Hello, Abhinav, We terribly regret the incident of theft. If you put a complaint in the police, you can reach it to try to help you with the insurance. We have never had problems with the Sana Maloha hotel since we worked with them. It is a 4 -star hotel with an average of 4.4/5 in customer opinions.   While we loved the experiences we had, The 3 day Lisbon tours were really an expensive way to take some gray line bus tours with 2 nights at a hotel included and could be booked much cheaper separately. [Removed in Moderation] The gray line tours are well worth the time and money and give lots of great history and insight into the areas toured. The drop off points at the end of the day were closer to the hotel but we still had to navigate ourselves to the meeting place each morning( 20 minute walk). Matilda our guide for 2 of the 3 days was amazing and would easily choose her to be our tour guide again.Show more

  A nightmare. Not an organized tour at all. Tourradar purchases day trip tickets to different sites...you're let off...
  A nightmare. Not an organized tour at all. Tourradar purchases day trip tickets to different sites...you're let off at a main bus station miles from the hotels they chose....you are told to take the metro or city bus. We did get pick up at our hotel after numerous complaints. Lunch was to be included but the first day was not..we then complained and had lunch the next two days. Booked pre and post hotel stays and they booked us at a different hotel for first and last night and at a huge premium. There was zero continuity. Don't ever book with Tourradar as they take your money and sell you off to diifferent companies...if you want a quality vacation with a responsive, forthcoming company.Show more

The meals are not included in the description of this Tour (with exception to BB) nor are the transfers, the guests must make their own way to the start and end of the Tour. - Meals - we have added them to your booking as a courtesy. - Transfers - we have added them to your booking also as a courtesy. The pre and post hotel was confirmed with the name of the hotel which was different from the Tour due to non-availability, but it is different from mentioned in the brochure. - The Tour consists of hotel accommodation and daily tours, that can be moved due to technical or operation issues, such as a place to visit being closed.   Four year old info & map listing, change in order, dropping 2 destinations, simply different day tours with lunch &...
  Four year old info & map listing, change in order, dropping 2 destinations, simply different day tours with lunch & then back to a hotel of Horrors, Hotel Olissippo, Lisbon, transfers uncertain. Thank goodness you could arrange with the day tour driver & guide to be dropped off near hotel at days end & walk to Olissippo. No problem but be more accurate in your description. It all worked out but I thought this 3 day tour listed by TourRadar, operated by Destiny Portugal, contracted to Cityrama/Greyline would be the same car/little bus every morning but they p/u from hotel that was provided, as it was on on the 4 day tour, South Portugal that I took with same listing agents, the same operators, the same agents. UPDATE YOUR LISTING, CHANGE HOTEL, FOR CUSTOMER COMFORT/SAFETY & CONVENIENCE TO GET TO POMBAL SQUARE TERMINAL IF TRANSFERS FROM FAR AWAY HOTEL ARE NOT PROVIDED!!! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE SECOND NIGHT AT HOTEL OLUSSIPPO - 1. No sleep because of partying, screaming, yelling; 2. No hot water at sink or shower all morning 5am-7:30am when I got out of my room; 3. Shower floods because of poor construction - always been a problem by the amount of rot on the bathroom door bottom. Please advise how you will be issuing my refund for one night’s horrendous stay at Hotel Olissippo?Show more
