    Is it possible for the 3rd member of our group to join half way through the tour? He can only be in Vietnam for 5 days and would like to join us for the tour.

      During this package, you will join the group tours (group size may be 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. Regarding your question about a third person wanting to join the tour midway, that's perfectly fine.

    If my flight potentially arrives at 1am will there still be a driver available to pick me up for the hotel? Will i need to add a day on the front end to accommodate the early arrival, and how would I go about that? Should i make my own accommodations and meet at a designated starting point later?

      About your question if your flight arrive at midnight, no worries I still can arrange an airport pick-up for you and absolutely you still have a driver to pick you up if you arrive at 1h am. If you arrive at 1h am, you need to book hotel one day earlier to have a room as soon as you come to the hotel. For example, if you arrive at 1h am on Sep 4th, you need to book your hotel from Sep 3rd. And if you want I can add a pre-accommodation to this trip for you. The additional cost will depend on the hotel category you want for this trip.
