Regarding your question about a third person wanting to join the tour midway, that's perfectly fine.

      We would like to join the tour on September 4th. 4th September to start Day 1. Our third person to join on 9th September for Day 6. Is this possible? Also, just checking to see accommodation is included in this package? Website says accommodation is included but the booking section requires us to choose accommodation at a fee? Please confirm.

    If my flight potentially arrives at 1am will there still be a driver available to pick me up for the hotel? Will i need to add a day on the front end to accommodate the early arrival, and how would I go about that? Should i make my own accommodations and meet at a designated starting point later?

      About your question if your flight arrive at midnight, no worries I still can arrange an airport pick-up for you and absolutely you still have a driver to pick you up if you arrive at 1h am. If you arrive at 1h am, you need to book hotel one day earlier to have a room as soon as you come to the hotel. For example, if you arrive at 1h am on Sep 4th, you need to book your hotel from Sep 3rd. And if you want I can add a pre-accommodation to this trip for you. The additional cost will depend on the hotel category you want for this trip.
