I must say, I had an exceptional experience with Mr. Raju Khan, who was truly the best driver. He was incredibly helpful and made me feel very safe. His demeanor was entertaining, warm, and welcoming, and he consistently made the drives interesting. Throughout the entire journey, he was always attentive and provided outstanding customer service, treating me like a VIP every time I entered the car. He even offered me a cold bottle of water. I assure you, if you have him as your driver, you will be thoroughly impressed. My guides Hilal and Vijay Gupta were nice chilled guides who took their time and suggested poses for picture while giving information. The tour company should do better with communication of fees that the customer needs to pay over and above the fee of the tour and any schedule changes so that they are on the same page with the client.Show more
