  We have a traveller interested in a partially guided and customised itinerary for Argentina, including Buenos Aires, Iguazu, Ushuaia, Bariloche, and Calafate. They require 2 rooms and would like all hotels, breakfasts, transfers, and guides for essential activities included.     I have been working on the proposal for the travelers and have included 4-star hotels throughout the trip. Please note that since this itinerary takes place during the absolute peak of the holiday season, availability is limited and rates reflect the high demand of the dates. If the travelers are looking to adjust the budget, we could explore some more standard 4-star alternatives. However, considering how busy the destinations get around Christmas and New Year, my professional advice is to maintain this level of quality to guarantee the best possible service and comfort. Regarding the dates of December 25th and January 1st, please note that most services across the country do not operate or might only run altered schedules during the afternoon. In Bariloche (December 25th): The Isla Victoria navigation does not operate at all on Christmas Day. I have rearranged the services so they don't miss it, and the other excursion will most likely run in the afternoon. In Ushuaia (December 31st): I swapped the activities here as well, since the National Park and the End of the World Train are much more likely to operate on a normal schedule on the 31st. I will reconfirm the exact holiday availability with local providers before the clients wish to lock everything in. Additionally, if they need any recommendations regarding internal flights or airlines to connect these destinations, I would be more than happy to help!

  Can I add more time in Buenos Aires at the beginning or at the end of this tour? Also, on day 12, I would like to walk among the penguins on Isla Martillo, rather than go on the 4x4 tour. Can I make this substitution? I can make the reservation for the penguin tour on my own. My departure date is flexible.

    The program can absolutely be customized according to your preferences. You may add extra nights in Buenos Aires either at the beginning or at the end of the tour, and you can also substitute the 4x4 excursion on Day 12 with the penguin walk at Isla Martillo without any problem. We will simply adjust the itinerary accordingly. The final price will depend on the travel season and the hotel category you prefer.

    I think we would like 4 star hotels. Could you give an example of a 4 star and a 5 star hotel in one of the cities, so I can look up the hotels and see what the differences are?

    Regarding internal flights, I highly recommend booking these independently through the airlines' official websites. We do not have access to preferential rates for domestic flights, so you will honestly find much better prices by booking them on your own. All excursions and transfers in your itinerary are shared (group) services, with the exception of your transfers in Buenos Aires, which are private. Since you are visiting the Brazilian side of the falls, please be aware that for U.S. and Canadian travelers, an electronic visa (eVisa) is required to enter Brazil. The application is completed entirely online. While processing times vary, approval typically takes around 10 to 15 business days. Without a valid eVisa, entry into Brazil will not be permitted.

  How much is the internal flights, Mendoza-Buenos Aires etc. How much is for a single person How much is an extra night in Buenos Aires How much an extra half day tour. If pay by credit card, do you charge commission? Is it possible to pay with the credit card in Argentina pesos?

  I am interested in joining the 14 day Patagonia & Iguazu tour and would like a little more information regarding the following: 1. Cost of the internal flights and whether it is possible for the Tour Operator to also arrange this 2. I am a solo traveler and would also like to understand the cost of a single supplement involved.

    We can arrange domestic flights for you. Flights include routes between Aeroparque, Bariloche, Ushuaia, El Calafate, and Iguazu. Rate per person: u$d 1330.-
