Itinerary

Day 1
Cusco to Rainbow Mountain
Your hotel pickup happens early, around 5-6 AM, and you'll head south toward Cusipata for breakfast before tackling Rainbow Mountain. The drive gets you to the trailhead at 4,600m, where the hike begins with a gradual climb that takes roughly 1.5 hours. You'll reach the highest viewpoint at 5,036m and have between 30 minutes to an hour there for photos and taking in the views. After heading back down, you'll stop in Cusipata for lunch, and then it's back to your hotel by late afternoon, around 4-5 PM.

The tour was very good, someone was waiting for me at each meeting point which made me feel very comfortable and safe. The guides were excellent. What I can rescue are two hotels, since I paid three months in advance, in Cusco the hotel could have been better, as in Arequipa. The car transfer from the hotel Alegria to the Nasca lines.
