No reservations to share will be accepted in the Europamundo, as well as packs in the Middle East, Asia (except Japan, Korea, and China), Africa and Oceania. Also, reservations to share are not accepted for the extra nights of the tours. In case you book a travel sector, reservations to share will be accepted only if the stay is minimum 7 hotel nights.

May I know if the complimentary arrival transfer on the Day 1 can be another hotel address in Madrid city to designated Europamundo hotel?

You will be given time to explore the local restaurants and enjoy your meals during the tour. Your knowledgeable local tour guide can definitely offer you some great dining spots. Although we cannot guarantee it, we can notify the guides so that they take into account that they are vegetarians, since our breakfasts are buffet style, they can choose between all the foods that are offered, those that they can eat.

The tour leader insisted that whoever feels not well, coughing or sneezing would wear a musk for the safety of others. But some of them did not really care.   With regards to the meals, you are provided with Daily buffet breakfast and 1 Lunch or dinner included in: Rioja. All other meals will be on your own. You will be given time to explore the local restaurants and enjoy your meals during the tour. Your knowledgeable local tour guide can definitely offer you some great dining spots. Although we cannot guarantee it, we can notify the guides so that they take into account that they are vegetarians, since our breakfasts are buffet style, they can choose between all the foods that are offered, those that they can eat.

Reason for asking is that very soon I will be booking non changeable flight from Chicago to Madrid to reschedule Madrid on 21 March after confirming with you.

  At this time the tour has several confirmed people from 5 to 10, however this may change since there is still more than a month to go before departure. We evaluate the situation on each destination every week, should we find a significant change that forces us to cancel the departure we will promptly inform you. In the past, due to these changing situations we have been forced to cancel a departure up to seven days prior to the departure date. In the case of a cancellation we will work with you in order to find another suitable departure, or to give you the refund of the total of your payment. However, for your peace of mind, in the last year, we haven't had any cancellation of any of our tours. Only small modifications to guarantee the tour.
