I'm interested in joining your America's Canyonlands Escape tour that starts and ends in Las Vegas. Could you please let me know if you have any available departure dates during the second half of November/December 2025? Also, I'll be traveling solo — is a single room option available for that period?

We have departures available on our November 23, 2025 and November 24, 2025. Both dates have limited space available. I will have to request single accommodations for either of these departures.

Where does the bus leave from? I'm in Fayetteville NC

This tour starts and ends in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will have to make arrangements to get to and from Las Vegas if you would like to participate in the tour.

I'm trying to cost a tour but it won't let me choose a single room as I will be travelling on my own. Departing Vegas 3/3. Is it possible to get a single room and what is the cost.

For this particular itinerary single rooms are on a request basis. If confirmed, the cost would be $3802 including the single supplement. Price and availability subject to change.

Is this trip appropriate for people with some walking disabilities?

We do not have restrictions on our tours. We ask that you are able to climb a flight of stairs, get on and off the motor coach without assistance and participate in a mandatory seat rotation while on the motor coach. This tour would be considered as mildly challenging which is a considerable amount of activity. This will included climbing a full flight of stairs, uneven terrain or standing for a prolonged period of time.

Is that correct? Under Transport, it says: Motorcoach; canal cruise in Amsterdam and in Bruges; high-speed, first-class Thalys train.

Your transportation for this tour will be on the motor coaches. You will not be doing a canal cruise or the high-speed train.

Can I park it at the hotel during the tour? (Canyonland tour)

Our hotels for each departure are not confirmed until about 30 days prior to your tour start date. You would have to contact them directly to see if that would be doable. We can't guarantee they will be able to accommodate you.

am I free to hang around Las Vegas on the first night? Just want to make sure whether I can buy the ticket for the show on the first night.

There is a welcome drink with your group and Tour Director at 6 PM on the first night, but you are free other than that!

What is the latest time of arrival to Las Vegas on 6 November? Reason being that my flight arrives in Los Angeles around noon of 6 November. Will you be able to help with booking of the flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas? If not able to, any recommendation on airlines I can book? Will you be able to help arrange pick up from Las Vegas airport to the hotel? Will you be able to help with hotel booking in Las Vegas at the end of the tour? Would also like to check if there is any possibility to join the tour on 7 November as it will be less rushed for us.

Our 11/6/22 departure for the America's Canyonlands Escape is sold out. I do have a few spaces on our 11/28/22 departure. The first day guests are scheduled for a welcome drink at the hotel at 6pm so we recommend arriving in Las Vegas by 4pm. You can book flights with the Tourradar booking tools. We do not offer North America transfers anymore.
