Customer Reviews

Our cruise on MS Symphonie was excellent. The boat and our cabin in particular were comfortable and well equipped. The food was very good, tasty, beautifully prepared and presented, with well-sized portions, and a wide variety of French cuisine including many regional specialities. The included wines were varied, delicious and demonstrated an interesting range of French varieties. The range of the other drinks on offer was also very satisfactory. We did not feel it was necessary to try any of the paid drinks but it was nice to know they were available. Service was excellent in all categories: efficient and friendly. We only took two of the optional excursions (Strasbourg and Colmar) and both were well organised and very interesting. We would happily take another cruise with CroisiEurope.

You may have some time in the morning of Day 6 to attend Mass. You may have to skip the tour of Novi Sad though, depending on how early you want to go to Mass. The ship is supposed to dock into Novi Sad at 3AM the early morning of Day 6, the passengers get a tour of the city that morning starting around 9-10AM, return to the boat for lunch, and then depart for Bezdan at noon, reaching Bezdan at 1AM on Day 7.

Our travel date would be late July but preferably August 2024. Anything during this time frame. The young adults and children are still in school so it has to be during the summer holiday.

I don't see any in the link you sent that sails through Hungary only, like the Tisza to the Danube or visa versa. Are there any that focus solely on Hungary? It can even be less than 9 days, we are just looking for Hungary at this time.

    • CroisiEurope River CruisesOperatorWritten June 2023

We are aware that you are interested in cruises that explore Hungary only in July/August 2024. We had a look for you and were unable to find a cruise that go through Hungary only as usually cruises go through other destinations as well.
