This 10 days trip cannot arrange by overnight train from Hanoi to Danang. It take around 17hrs. If you are still want to take train, we will add some more days on this tour. Incase you just want to have short train journey from Hue to Hoi An, we also can arrange it for you

We are a family of 5 - myself and my husband traveling with our three kids, who are aged 20 and twins who are 12. We would also like to extend the tour in Da Nang to enjoy the lovely beaches or if it is too hard to add a few free days in Da Nang, we could extend our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. We are an active family and love adventures. We love that your tour includes an overnight boat stay and bike riding. We are also adventurous with our food and would love to taste authentic Vietnamese food.

Later December, the weather is good but beach a bit cold in Danang. If you want to relax at beach, i can recommend to stay in Phu Quoc Island (south of Vietnam) will be warmer. We will add some more activities like bike and food tour for you.

Very well organised! The team in Saigon were in touch often to check we were happy with the way things were going. We had a different guide each city but they were outstanding, in terms of knowledge, personality and bringing the group together as a team. These were Chuong, Huy and Khoi. The itenary was great if you have a shorter time in Vietnam but want to cover the highlights. We were always in an AC vehicle. The hotels were surprisingly good and we were even offered nicer upgrades if we wanted. Meals were also nice and in local restaurants, the one in Hanoi was exceptional. Overall I would highly recommend this tour as Vietnam is a big beautiful place to see but they make everything easy for you and fun!Show more

We booked the 4* upgrade of hotels and they were all super with fabulous breakfast included. Of the tour guides, the guides in Hanoi, Hoi’an were more attentive than the guide in HoChiMinh. Kaite was a good and friendly guide too. The only down was the accommodation in Hanoi because of the uncomfortable bed in our room. They upgraded us to a better one after I emailed the operator and it's great service! All in all, I recommend Footsteps and this tour to everyone who likes to discover Vietnam. Meals are great also, book a food tour in the evening if you are seeking for the real authentic food.Show more
