Pre trip information was poor, we had no idea what was included and what wasn't. However on arrival in Joburg we were unexpectedly met at the airport. Our tour director, in South Africa,Nanette was amazing, Her knowledge, organisation and ability to squeeze everything in was faultless. Where we had problems due to food allergies, she battled tirelessly on our behalf. Lynne and I were blown away. Our tour director in Zimbabwe, Brighton was also exceptional and consistently went above and beyond for us, organising appropriate excursions, meal reservations and more.Show more
