  What is the average age of other travellers? Is it possible to book a single room without the single supplement?

    To guarantee a single room, you would need to select the single room option with the single supplement. The single room supplement is mandatory for anyone booking a single room.
    
    The cost of the single room for the September 12th 2026 departure is CA$560.00.
    
    For travelers not wishing to pay the single supplement, we can absolutely book you into a room with a roommate of the same gender.
    
    For our September 12th 2026 departure, we have 6 people booked and 10 spaces still available. The single rooms for this departure that we were holding with the local accommodations have all been sold. This means that we would have to request an additional one for you at the time of booking. It can take up to 5 business days to hear back in regards to availability.
    
    For the travelers already booked, they range in age between 56 - 77.

  when walking is it expected to walk with the group or can you go at own pace? Is possible to get to Tirana from Liapades in less than a day via bus and ferry?

    As this is a point-to point trip with just the one tour leader guiding the group, there would be a general expectation to stay somewhat together as a group for safety. In saying that the tour leader may give you points you can meet at if going your own pace. To get to Tirana from Liapades it looks like it takes about 6 hours by ferry and bus - there is a bus to Corfu Mare then you would need to walk to Port of Corfu to take the ferry to Sarande and then a bus to Tirana.

    We've graded the walks on our Corfu tour as moderate and challenging. Expect some steep ascents and descents, as well as trails along rough, rocky, or uneven terrain. In between, there are some longer stretches of asphalt and tarmac road, especially when crossing towns and villages and on some of the steeper ascents and descents. While you don't have to be an expert to take part in our walking tour, a good level of fitness and an enjoyment of the outdoors will help.

    I am not interested in doing any significant challenging as far as hiking is concerned. I am only interested in medium level hiking. So it sounds like this trip is not for me.

  Will it be the same guide from the reviews? And I can do the April or May departure, likely a single traveler. Which group is bigger?

    We cannot guarantee the same Tour leader usually until a few days before the trip begins. Our May Departure has 10 passengers booked so far, with a mix of solo's & Twin shares.

  Is there a supplement on the price quoted for a single room? Is it based on sharing with someone else on the trip (I would be coming alone). Do we carry all luggage with us or just a day pack with luggage transported?

    Bring one main piece of luggage and a 20-30 litre day sack is recommended. You will need to carry what you need for the day which may include a raincoat, jumper, camera, sun-cream, water and picnic lunch. On hot days you will carry fewer clothes but more drinking water. You will be carrying only your day bag during the walks and main luggage shall be transported from hotel to hotel by car.
