Dear Narcise, Thank so much for your review. I'm Duong Nguyen from Vietnam Amazing Tour. May I share some thinking on this trip. First, this is the group tour. We noted it, so all trips are the group tour from beginning to end as you wrote. It's not a private tour. Second, the first day, you talked with us that you want to change the trip to Pu Luong because the road is curvy streets up and down the mountain. Although this trip is already arranged, we still canceled this trip and replace it with the Mai Chau trip which is more suitable for you. But when you came back from Ha Long Bay. You said that we were not going to join this trip because some people told you that the drive is really scary. We talked with you that we were going to take responsibility for what has been committed. But you said not. After that, we book an extra night in Hanoi the next day and also changed the itinerary for you. But you canceled this trip and took the flight on the next day. And we arranged the car to drop off you at the airport. And this was your cancellation, that is not that we did not arrange the services as committed. Third, we want to confirm that there were 2 bottles of water in your room on the cruise. You ordered the drink on the cruise, that is a personal expense. We know that drinks on the boat are more expensive than on land, well will inform this to the boat. But the menu drinks always note the price. You shouldn't order drinks if you feel to see expensive. We tried to do the best from the beginning. You changed the departure time before 1 week, we agreed and not charged. You want to change the trip to Pu Luong on the first day, we also approved without charge and offered 2 options for you. But you didn't like and canceled this trip by yourself. Every effort to organize a good trip for you has not been credited instead as a 2-star review. That is not fair. Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Amazing Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 20 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
