the hotel room were not good but the breakfast was excellent. The people were wonderful at the hotel. The tour guides (I thought it was one person and a group together) it was not it was individual ones everyday and the third day with rent a tour had a guide called Ralph . He showed me the hate he had either for Americans or me but it was bad. After I realized I might get another hateful guide and if it was in Petra, what would I do. Therefore I spoke several people and cancelled my Petra tour due to being uncomfortable. I told my booking director she told me no refunds and I therefore made direct rooms with the hotel and paid . I really thought it was going to be group tour it was not I could have flown into Tel Aviv and taken the tours myself. Therefore what good was a tour for 7 days that did not follow the places and gave me the day that I was to be flown to Petra a walking tour from 7::00 am to 6 pm to catch a plane You and they really made me feel that it was a whole booked tour with one guide or two. I really was on my own and it was bait and switch. When I received the package it seems wrong but I was told that is how it. I would suggest to people to book a hotel room and pick your own tours.Show more

Also, we send the voucher with the details in advance so each one can read if there is any way to change some aspects of the tour to make it better, we also can do it. In advance of course. About the guide: We made an inquiry about that and he apologized by saying this was not his intention. We are sorry that you decided to cancel your tour to Petra as we assure you that the 1 guide in one tour does not reflect all others. Especially in Jordan. It is important to understand that this are group tours with different participants from different hotel on each day in Israel. This also can be upgraded to Private tours.
