      Are we able to visit the elephant sanctuary at all . How much are the hotel upgrades ?

      Regarding the elephant sanctuary, if you would like to include it, we would need to adjust the route to Udawalawe instead of Yala, as it would be difficult to cover both within the limited time available.

      Alternatively, we can also consider a safari in Sigiriya, where you may have the chance to see large herds of elephants, sometimes around 100–150.

      Please keep in mind that Yala offers a different wildlife experience and is especially famous for leopards, as well as elephants, deer and other wild animals. If you choose Udawalawe, the main highlight will be elephants, and the chances of seeing leopards are much lower.

      If you are happy to include an additional cost, we may also be able to arrange a separate drop-off at Udawalawe so you can include the elephant sanctuary.

      Please let me know which option you prefer, as we will need to revise the tour route and itinerary accordingly. Once you confirm your preferred plan, I can work out the best possible arrangement for you.

Kindly note that if no other travellers join the group tour, we will complimentarily upgrade your booking to a private tour, so your tour can still operate as planned.

    As the flight we're looking at taking lands at 11:30pm, we'd rather have an extra day before we start the tour. Can we find out the hotel name so we can book an extra night or can we request this when booking? Also would we make our own way to the hotel since we'll be there a day early? Is there a welcome meeting on the first day in order to be provided with information? Do all the hotels have free wi-fi? Are there laundry facilities in any of the hotels?

      No need to pre-book an extra hotel night. We do a welcome gathering on the first day, and we will also arrange airport pick-up and transfer to the hotel for you. You can arrive the previous night, and we will ensure a smooth start to your tour. There is a welcome meeting on Day 2 where your tour leader will provide all important information. All hotels provide free Wi-Fi. The hotels do not provide in-house laundry service, but each city has reliable nearby laundry shops which you can easily use during the tour.

      We are not currently registered with SLDTA, but we are a fully registered company under the Sri Lankan Government. The specific hotel names are shared once the quote is accepted and your booking is confirmed. Yes, requesting upgrades is always possible during the booking process; the cost differences will be clearly itemized for you. We strongly recommend booking the morning train ride for the best views and schedule. Please do not worry about buying any tickets yourself. We will arrange and manage all entrance fees and tickets. We assure you that our tours have no compulsory purchase obligations. We visit sites like Spice Gardens purely for the experience and education. You are absolutely free to opt out of any suggested shopping stop, and your guide will respect your preferences.
