No need to pre-book an extra hotel night. We do a welcome gathering on the first day, and we will also arrange airport pick-up and transfer to the hotel for you. You can arrive the previous night, and we will ensure a smooth start to your tour. There is a welcome meeting on Day 2 where your tour leader will provide all important information. All hotels provide free Wi-Fi. The hotels do not provide in-house laundry service, but each city has reliable nearby laundry shops which you can easily use during the tour.

I am interested in this tour but only if I am travelling in a small group. I am a solo female traveller (61 years old) and do not want a private tour or to be tagged onto a couple. I am only interested in a group trip. I am flexible with travel between 16th and 19th August so If one of the other tours already has some travellers booked on I could possibly join that trip. I would also prefer my own room. Please confirm if a private room with private bathroom is available and at what price.

The communications from the very beginning was top thru whatsapp with Anushka. We had our planned tour but our daily activities were flexible, like when to start, where to go, what to do, etc....these things we discussed with our guide Kumara before the end of our daily tour. The routes were beautiful, very nice sceneries, very lucky too with the weather. We had nice contacts too with the locals where we had our home stays, could enjoy Sri Lankan helpfullness & friendliness. We are very lucky too, to have Chandana Kumara as our guide. He explained the story behind the places we are visiting, giving us good tips where else to go, taking care of us very much in every way, verrrry punctual in picking us up. His car is always clean every morning with a bottle of water ready beside our seat. Very nice & friendly guy, our tour guide Kumara. Thank you Kumara for making our Sri Lanka holiday a memorable one. Highly recommended from us, Susan & Walter from Germany.

Beauty Lanka organised a 14 day itinerary for us (a family of four) to travel with a driver around the main sites of Sri Lanka. We were met at the airport by Chandana, who took us to our first hotel for a well earned sleep! We are back at Amagi Aria Hotel in Negombo after the trip - had one of the best experiences - loved Sri Lanka and its people and frankly don’t want to leave. The packed itinerary kept our 20 and 17 year olds busy with new experiences every day which is just how we like it. We have seen elephants up close, been in the middle of Buddhist ceremonies, ate in village houses, swam on pristine beaches and stayed in great hotels - I could go on. We recommend Beauty Lanka (special thanks to Priyadarshani) and don’t be afraid to book direct as there were no issues for us. We must give a special shout out to Chandana who was just a really nice guy to spend time with, he went the extra mile for us in all situations. He always had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and we all felt so comfortable with him. He put up with us changing our mind about things and was very flexible, kind and thoughtful, also a great driver. He took us off the beaten track and showed us lots of things we would have missed without him, new had so many authentic experiences. We highly recommend him after our fantastic holiday!

The driver (Rajh) was very accommodating from day one. This packed tour is not for the light hearted as your aways on the go which is what we had to do with such little time. The only down fall was the accommodations as only 2 hotels had hot water which is needed after a sweaty day. The itinerary is not set in stone which gives you more flexibility with your time which is nice as we travelled as a couple. This trip is suitable for all ages so bring the children and the grandparents ( but don’t make them walk Sigiriya Rock).

As a solo female traveler first time traveling I got assigned the most suitable amazing person Nira. From the airport Nira waited for me with a big sign board I ddnt have to struggle to spot him. Nira made sure that my safety during this trip is the most important thing in this foreign country .He paid attention to the things that I would like to see in this country & went above & beyond that I enjoy my stay in Sri Lanka. Some of the places that he took me to were not on the itinerary but he managed to accommodate me, what ever issue I had he managed to get it resolved. Overall the trip was awesome & thank you everyone involved in the organizing.

The specific hotel names are shared once the quote is accepted and your booking is confirmed. Yes, requesting upgrades is always possible during the booking process; the cost differences will be clearly itemized for you. We strongly recommend booking the morning train ride for the best views and schedule. Please do not worry about buying any tickets yourself. We will arrange and manage all entrance fees and tickets. We assure you that our tours have no compulsory purchase obligations. We visit sites like Spice Gardens purely for the experience and education. You are absolutely free to opt out of any suggested shopping stop, and your guide will respect your preferences.

- For any tour departing before March 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Beauty Lanka Travels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
