We would like to clarify a few points: • Accommodation: The hotels used during your tour are the same properties we use for many of our guests. As shown in the list below, these hotels are confirmed and regularly used for our standard-category tours. We rarely receive complaints regarding hygiene or basic facilities. However, we take your feedback seriously and will follow up directly with each hotel to ensure improvements. Wewa Addara Hotel / Waters Spring Hotel / The Peak Ella / Yala River Face Inn / Jaga Bay Resort • Pricing: Our packages listed on TourRadar are among the lowest-priced for similar tours in Sri Lanka. Before booking, all hotel categories, inclusions, exclusions, and entrance fees are clearly mentioned. We never hide costs, and guests can review everything before confirming the tour. • Driver & Program: Your driver was assigned to ensure your safety, comfort, and smooth travel. We are sorry to hear that you felt communication was not sufficient. We will address this internally to improve communication standards across our team. • Itinerary Pace: Sri Lanka tours often include several sights per day, and some travellers enjoy a fast-paced itinerary. However, we understand this may feel tiring, especially for solo travellers. We will take this into consideration when planning future tours.
