Will it be a solo tour or part of a group - my preference would be to join a group tour. If there is availability, please could you provide a price, and information about any additional charges for entrance fees and activities.

I'm 64 and my wife is 62 years old. We are both fit and healthy and travel extensively around the world. We want to book this tour. We are asking for an age limit exception please?

Would February be a good time to go? We would also like to find out about the private trip- can we customize? Could we add a day or two? Yes, February is an excellent time to visit Sri Lanka, with pleasant weather in most parts of the country, making it ideal for sightseeing and wildlife experiences. We can certainly customize this private tour to suit your preferences. We can add one or two extra days, include an additional night in Yala National Park, and also arrange a safari in Minneriya National Park.

We are really interested in this tour but we would like to understand why there is a £126 payment on top of the tour price and what it is for.

The additional £126 shown on the platform is for the entrance fees to the attractions included in the itinerary. These entrance fees can simply be paid on arrival in Sri Lanka - either by cash or card. This way you avoid any extra charges and only pay the exact ticket cost.

While the tour includes a 4x4 jeep ride searching for leopards at Yala National Park, the site says the jeep hire is not included? Does this mean we have to pay extra for a driver and jeep? Besides the trains, is the ground transportation from one location to the next in a private car or is that with a group of other people? Please let us know which activities are included in the price and which ones aren't? Can you tell us what are the costs of all the optional activities? In terms of accommodations, does the price cover a single room per person? We would like separate accommodations. In terms of food, we would like confirmation that vegetarian and halal meals are available.

The package includes the 4x4 jeep safari and entrance fee at Yala National Park. However, if you'd like to add an optional safari at Minneriya National Park, this can be arranged at an additional cost. The transportation provided is in a private car, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. All the activities listed in the itinerary are included in the package, except for the optional safari at Minneriya National Park. Udawalawe National Park safari and Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage are not included. If you require separate rooms, the cost per person will be $1650 USD. It's the first time I am using Tour Radar and a local agency for a tour abroad. Since the beginning the communication with Beaty Lanka Travels through the Tour Radar app has been brilliant despite the different time zone and they timely provided the relevant info regarding the tour arrangments. The tour has been great, we visited everything listed in the itinerary which we enjoyed very much and we also did an optional activity in Ella before reaching Little Adam Peak. I gave 4 stars and not 5 just because some of the things listed in the tour could be avoided completely (Nuwara Eliya post office, grand hotel and Gregory Lake) and replaced with more cultural viewings (Sri Lanka has so many beautifully decorated temples). My 5 stars go to our driver Jayalath that took great care of us throughout the tour, drove us safely at each destination and provided a lot of knowledgeable info. Jayalath is a kind and patient man always available to help ready to listen and accomodate our requests. Upon my request he also managed to make us visit a temple in Mirissa (Samudragiri Viharaya) not listed in the tour which I would suggest to introduce as it is a real gem and the monks where so welcoming. A massive thank you to Jayalath for making our tour such a smooth and beautiful experience and to Beauty Lanka Travels that arranged the tour. We'll be looking to other of your tours as we are planning to visit the north and east part of this wonderful country next year.Show more

He comes under a company called Beauty Lanka. 1. Good Points About The Driver a. Very patient, courteous and accommodating to our request. b. Safe driver and drives within the speed limit. c. Well behaved and well dressed d. He doesn’t take you to places where he gets a cut. He gives options for places, and always ask you to make your own decisions. e. Always on time everyday. f. The van is clean and water bottles for us is always ready on our seats everyday. g. Very attentive to our safety and always ensures were are OK. h. Watching us over like a personal body guard. i. Doesn’t demand for anything. 2. Bad Points a. Poor knowledge on Jaffna roads. b. Poor knowledge in Tamil. He can only speak Singhla. c. It was an amaaaazzzzziiing trip. definitely made possible by our driver / tour guide Nisal Menuka who was just simply amazing. He made sure we saw the iconic parts of every town/ place.   If you book the 12-day tour directly through TourRadar, the activity charges will be included in the overall tour details but shown separately as a local payment. This local payment should be paid directly to the tour guide in Sri Lanka.
  
  Regarding the Nanu Oya to Ella train journey, train ticket reservations normally open around 30 days before the travel date. As your tour is starting on 20th August, we have limited time, so we cannot guarantee the train tickets at this stage. However, once your tour booking is confirmed, we will try our best to secure the tickets as soon as possible.
  
  If we are unable to secure the tickets in advance, sometimes your tour Leader can also assist in arranging the train tickets directly at the station, depending on availability on the day.
  
  When making the booking, please make sure to update your passport number, as this information is required for us to reserve the train tickets.

While the tour includes a 4x4 jeep ride searching for leopards at Yala National Park, the site says the jeep hire is not included? Does this mean we have to pay extra for a driver and jeep? Besides the trains, is the ground transportation from one location to the next in a private car or is that with a group of other people? Please let us know which activities are included in the price and which ones aren't? Can you tell us what are the costs of all the optional activities? In terms of accommodations, does the price cover a single room per person? We would like separate accommodations. In terms of food, we would like confirmation that vegetarian and halal meals are available.

However, if you'd like to add an optional safari at Minneriya National Park, this can be arranged at an additional cost. The transportation provided is in a private car, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. All the activities listed in the itinerary are included in the package, except for the optional safari at Minneriya National Park. Udawalawe National Park safari and Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage are not included. If you require separate rooms, the cost per person will be $1650 USD. Vegetarian and halal meal options are available throughout the tour.
