  Hi — I was hesitant to share this feedback, but after dealing with some other guides, I think it’s important you know. The driver was excellent throughout — very professional and reliable. However, I had a concerning experience with the guide that I think you should be aware of: • He told me the rickshaw ride was not included, and I had to insist that it was. He then directed me to pay ₹1,000 as a “tip” to the driver. I believe he may have subsidized this share rather than covering it as part of the tour. • At lunch, he told me he was arranging something special, ordered on my behalf, and then handed me the full bill (including his meal), which came to approximately $45 — far more than I would have chosen to spend. • He also told me that a ₹3,000 tip was standard, which I later understood is not the case. • I asked him to arrange a massage which he did and then tried to charge me over 1000 more than the cost because I spoke to the owner directly when he wasn’t in the room - I did not budge on that one. I do want to acknowledge that he was very knowledgeable very kind, very attentive and very easy to be around and a pleasure for company. I recognize that I agreed to these payments in the moment, but the way these situations were handled felt misleading and put me in uncomfortable positions. Overall, I spent approximately $60 more than I reasonably would have due to his actions. While he was engaging and knowledgeable, this pattern of behavior was not appropriate. This is also why I got so upset when they were a driver didn’t show up at the end and I look forward to seeing that credit. I’m sharing this so you are aware and can address it going forward.   Had an amazing time on the three-day golden triangle tour. It was extremely busy and exhausting, but this is being we packed so much into the three days! Harsh, who organised the tour, was great to deal with. He replies promptly at any time and is able to change the tour to suit our needs. Our driver, Rinku, was amazing. He was our driver for the three days and made sure our tour ran as smoothly as possible. The car was always clean and spotless, there was snacks and water provided, and he was always happy to take us on detours. Our first tour guide in Delhi was very average, but our guides in Agra (Deepak), and Jaipur (Pankaj) were incredible! Cannot speak more highly of them.Show more

  Traveling to India alone for the first time felt a little daunting, but my 3-Day Golden Triangle Tour with Creative India Journey was absolutely flawless and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. A huge thank you to Rinku, my driver, who was professional, calm, always on time, and made every drive smooth and stress-free. The local guides were fantastic — Manoj in Delhi, Ravi in Agra, and Kamal in Jaipur — all knowledgeable, friendly, and great at explaining the history and culture while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The Taj Mahal was truly breathtaking, and everything was perfectly paced with no rushing. My tour guides were all very good and ensured I was safe, comfortable and well informed.   had a great experience on this 3-day tour. Yes, it involves a lot of driving, but that’s expected when covering so much in just three days — and it was absolutely worth it. My driver was excellent. His driving skills were truly impressive, and as a solo traveler, I never felt unsafe at any point. I felt completely secure from start to finish. We also had local guides at each site, and they were all extremely knowledgeable. The Taj Mahal was definitely the highlight for me — a true must-see in one’s lifetime. There are so many stories behind it, and the guides did a fantastic job sharing the history and especially their love for their country. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. This tour was extra special for us because our elderly parents, both in their 80s, had always dreamed of visiting the Taj Mahal — and thanks to Harsh and his amazing team, that dream came true in the most beautiful way. From the moment we arrived in Delhi, everything was handled with such warmth, care, and professionalism. Our driver was patient and kind, always helping our parents in and out of the car, and the local guides were knowledgeable yet very considerate of their pace.
