“Excellent Experience – Everest View Trek” I engaged Alpine Eco Treks to lead 3 of us from Kathmandu to Everest View Trek via Lukla and Namche Bazaar. The owner, Ram Kumar, and 3 porters, Ashok, Mahesh & Min, did an excellent job taking care of us and looking after our needs. There was never a moment when we didn't feel 100% supported by Ram and his team from the time we got up in the morning until we went to sleep at night. I had the same experience with Alpine Eco Trek on a trip to Tibet two years ago. I can't say enough good things about them. My wife and I worked with Alpine Eco to arrange a 7 day hike to the Everest View Hotel. We found Ram (the owner) to be responsive, considerate of our needs and super flexible. In addition, the guide and porter he arranged for us were absolutely first-class - could not have wanted anything better. The entire operation was professionally run and we had total confidence that no matter what issues we ran into that it would be taken care of. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ram and Alpine Eco to anyone considering a hike/touring in Nepal.Show more

We have booked Everest View Trek Program. Our trip took place from 22nd October till 1st November, but if we could we would extended our trip for longer.. Upon arrival I was feeling a bit nervous as we did not know what to expect from the trip and it was our first time in Nepal. When we landed in Kathmandu, Ram met us at airport with a very welcome feeling, and it gave us more conference. Airport felt so busy but Ram recognized us within seconds, felt like we know each other from before :) First day we spend in Kathmandu, exploring culture and capital its self. Ram gave us advises where to go, what to see and answered all our questions. Very helpful. Second day we meant to get domestic flight to Lukla, but due to bad weather we had to wait one day at the airport, as no flight would flight to mountains. On a second day we have eventually took off to Lukla by helicopter and only thanks to Ram as he managed to secure us a place! So we been very thankful to him. Our guide Sadu (not sure about correct spelling sorry ) unfortunately had to stay at airport and waiting for the next plane, as there was no space available in helicopter. Sadu is very positive and energized person! we have met him latter in mountainsShow more

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Alpine Eco Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Alpine Eco Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Alpine Eco Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd." tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
