We don't have an opportunity to add an external tour manager to our scheduled departure. We currently don't have openings for paid tour-manager roles on our existing itineraries. You are welcome to book the tour as a regular participant.

Continued on my previous message - we will fly back to the UK. What time would we be likely to be in Los Angeles? Ideally we would like to get the flight back on 15th Oct.

Is it option to upgrade to 4 star hotels & any extra charges to late drop back in Los Angeles ?

Unfortunately is not possible to upgrade hotel, as the whole group stay in int he same hotel and it would be very difficult logistically speaking to send you to a different hotel. We would be happy to offer you the transfer back to LA at no extra cost.

  The transfer to LA has no extra cost, but you will return to LA approximately 11/1130pm you will not make the flight in time, we recommend booking for the next day or flying out from Las Vegas.
