Sabrina· December 31st, 2025I am giving two stars mainly for the following reasons: This is not a real group tour. Despite the description, I ended up traveling alone. Only after the tour did I notice that many other travelers reported the same issue: they expected a group experience but found out it was essentially private, without prior clarification. Poor communication from the agent. Essential information such as the detailed itinerary and hotel names was not shared in advance. I always had to reach out myself to get basic details. Tourist-trap shopping stops were included. Several visits were made to extremely overpriced shops that are widely described online as tourist scams. Guides claimed prices were “very good,” which was not true. It later became clear this is a common commission-based practice that detracts from the cultural experience. Inconsistent English proficiency among guides. Two guides were clear and professional, while one was difficult to understand. The driver, although always punctual and correct, spoke very limited English, making communication beyond basic logistics challenging. Lack of clarity about the daily schedule. After around 4–5 pm there is no support or planned activity, leaving you on your own. This was not clearly communicated in advance. Positive notes: the driver was always punctual and reliable. The last guide was transparent and helpful: he warned me in advance about a shop visit (with no obligation to buy), helped me purchase Taj Mahal tickets online at the official price to skip the queue and advised me about avoiding photo scams at the Taj Mahal. Overall, while the destinations are worth visiting, the organization, transparency and communication of this tour did not meet expectations given how it was marketed.Show more

We were wondering if the transfer would be available around 5/6AM from the airport prior to us booking? Additionally when it says Mounment Entry Fees in additional cost, does that mean additional places listed in the itinerary or the mounment's listed in the itinerary. Could you give us a rough estimate of how much the fees would be so we can preplan?

Asked on October 27th, 2025I would love to book this tour and note it is very affordable. Unfortunately as I am traveling alone I notice this nearly doubles the price for private accommodation. Is there please a way to share a room with someone else? I do not mind sharing as long as it is with a woman and we each have a single bed. Unfortunately if I have to pay for a single room i would not be able to book this as it would be unaffordable for me.

Asked on September 14th, 2025Does that mean subject to timing of the start of the tour, if it happens that the Red Fort is closed and Taj Mahal is closed also, then that seems to be defeat the purpose of scheduling a tour that would cover those sights since most tourists will wish to see these important sights? For example if the tour starts on a Monday then that tour will not be able to see or visit the Red Fort? Same with Taj Mahal if Day 2 is a Friday? So then is the timing of the start of the tour is important, so that all sights are open on those tour dates?
