Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Your tour manager meets you at Cairo International Airport and helps with arrival procedures. From there, a private air-conditioned vehicle takes you to your hotel for check-in. Before settling in, your tour manager will go over the itinerary with you and confirm pick-up times for the days ahead.

- Day 2
Giza Plateau and Saqqara
After breakfast at your hotel, your guide heads with you to Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. You'll also check out the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, then you'll travel to Saqqara to walk through the Saqqara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, which was the first pyramid ever constructed. By evening you're back at your hotel.

- Day 3
Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo, and Islamic Cairo
Following breakfast, your private guide takes you to the Egyptian Museum where you'll see fascinating artifacts from different periods. You'll have lunch at a local Cairo restaurant, then head to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church. After that, you'll wander through Khan El Khalili, the city's historic bazaar in Islamic Cairo, before returning to your hotel for the night.

Cairo Free Day or Optional Alexandria Tour
This day is flexible. You can explore Cairo on your own, or join the optional tour to Alexandria, Egypt's second capital. The optional tour includes the Qaitbay Citadel, a 15th-century fortress built where the ancient lighthouse once stood, plus the Alexandria Library and the Roman cemetery and Catacombs. If you take the optional tour, you'll return to your Cairo hotel by evening.
