Our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator.     The optional tours are mainly if you want to do something extra during your free time. You will be joining all the activities mentioned on the tour page and the option tour is extra charge.

    Please see below the cancellation fees applicable to your adventure, depending on the number of days prior to departure:

    31 days or more: Euro 100
    (tour and any extra services booked)
    30/11 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 10%(tour and any extra services booked)
    10/01 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 25%(tour and any extra services booked)
    No show 100% No show: 100 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    
    
    No shows at the start of the trip, without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure, which will be examined on a case by case basis).
    Different cancellation conditions apply for some programs (circuits that include train / airplane / cruise routes; or circuits to Kenya and Tanzania); and during particularly difficult dates (fairs, special events, periods involving increased hotel booking difficulties).
    
    In the event that the cancellation prior to the trip is produced by justified and demonstrable force majeure, only the costs of processing and services that cannot be cancelled will be charged, as well as the costs that must be absorbed by other providers (transfer on arrival, hotel in first city stay in the absence of prior notice, etc.). We recommend taking out insurance against cancellation in all cases.

    Yes. We are landing a day earlier in Mardrid. Can we have an airport pick up and stay a night sooner at our location? Also we are leaving on Saturday morning from Lisbon so we will need to stay one more night at our location and we need a ride to the airport please.

    About nights, 2 nights in Madrid, 1 night in Granada, 2 night in Seville ,2 night in Lisbon.
    It is an 8 day/7 night tour.

    Our flight arrives at 6:20 AM on the 12th of August. How early can we be picked up from the hotel, and what time does the hotel check-in open?

    Check in and check out in room: Generally, hotel rooms will be available from 14:00 hours and are to be vacated at 10:00 am. Consider the possibility of arranging an additional night, should you wish your room to be available prior on the day of your arrival or after on the day of your departure.

  Can you please let me know when do we have to arrive at Madrid on day 1 for this tour, it's just that we have another tour which will finish on 16/3/24 in London.

    On day one we pick up our passengers at Madrid's Barajas airport throughout the day, you just have to send your flight schedule and we'll be waiting for you. Later that day, around 6:00 pm we'll gather at the lobby of the hotel for our first visit to Madrid's lively Gran Via district. Try to book a flight that arrives early afternoon at the latest so you may join us on this first visit.

    Europamundo has a modern fleet of coaches and a team of drivers to guarantee your safety, in strict compliance with European legislation (braking system, safety axles, speed control, tachometers, rest periods, etc.) If the coach has safety belts, their use is mandatory.
    
    The comfort features are the standard ones for tourist coaches: panoramic windows, air conditioning, DVD player, public address system, reclining seats, armrests and trays for hand luggage. Some also have mini-bar, tables, individual lights and coffee and drinks vending machines, but models and design may vary from one coach to another. Bear in mind that in some cases, this standard is different from what you may be accustomed to in your home countries.

    Europamundo cannot guarantee that all the rooms in the hotels will have double beds. It is possible that in some hotels the room will have two single/twin beds. In many hotels triple rooms will be a double room (one or two beds) with an additional bed which in some cases might be a sofa-bed or a folding bed. This may result in less space available and comfort than in a normal double rooms. We do not recommend booking triple rooms for three adults; we would only suggest this for families travelling with a child.

    Upon arrival at the airport, we shall be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the informative panels in the hotel reception area for the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travellers to receive information about the circuit.
    
    Towards the end of the day, we provide transfers to the Egyptian Debod temple, Plaza de España and Gran Vía, a vibrant district where you can dine at your preferred restaurant, Indian, Chinese, Spanish and Middle Eastern are some of the options.
