I was given a set itinerary by tour rader. Tour rader subcontracted my tour to a company called bein harim tourism which put me on another tour schedule without letting me know. It was stressful for pickup times and tour locations. The hotel tour rader booked for me was unacceptable. The room and bathroom was full of mold which made me sick. They charged me for double occupancy and they only gave me a single room. Tour rader did not answer their phone for directions and customer service-related calls. The driver, ran, was very rude to me when picked up at the airport. He lectured me on not have what’s app. I paid for transportation to and from the airport to my hotel room. However bein harim tour company, constantly questioned if i paid for the service even when my itinerary from tour radar and invoice showed that i did. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I paid a lot of money for poor service.Show more

George, the lead resource, is extremely well informed and has enormous energy to deliver a firehose of information. The accommodations, travel arrangements, vehicles, food were excellent without being over the top ostentatious. The prime purpose other than sight seeing in these countries in the extraordinary locations that are available to us, is gaining a deeper understanding of the background to the biblical narrative. This was accomplished by viewing the geography, location specific sights with George's instructions.
