  I booked my tour for israel in early april 2023 for a tour may 21-24—a four day tour. I was given a set itinerary by tour rader. Tour rader subcontracted my tour to a company called bein harim tourism which put me on another tour schedule without letting me know. It was stressful for pickup times and tour locations. The hotel tour rader booked for me was unacceptable. The room and bathroom was full of mold which made me sick. They charged me for double occupancy and they only gave me a single room. Tour rader did not answer their phone for directions and customer service-related calls. The driver, ran, was very rude to me when picked up at the airport. He lectured me on not have what’s app. I paid for transportation to and from the airport to my hotel room. However bein harim tour company, constantly questioned if i paid for the service even when my itinerary from tour radar and invoice showed that i did. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I paid a lot of money for poor service.Show more

It is important to note that every tourist is obliged to have a way to communicate upon arrival in Israel. Our driver cannot search for tourists throughout the airport. Ben Gurion Airport is very large, and the meeting point with the driver was specified as Gate 23 on the second floor. If a tourist does not activate their phone, our driver cannot wait for hours. Regarding the hotel accommodations, I'm sorry to hear that the conditions were unacceptable, particularly the issues with mold and incorrect room assignment.
