We did not sure how the mis-understanding come up and only learn about this issue when the hotel informed us that your belongings are till in rooms at the hotel in Hanoi. As per our discussion, we have supported you with 50% room cost at hotel in Hanoi that extra night to lock the rooms and protect your properties. ????. ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ????????????????: Since trip to Halong Bay is join-in experience with other guests, we hope for your understanding on the waiting time. On the second day of Halong Bay cruise, after light lunch and disembark from the overnight cruise, guests will stay at departure lounge for the return bus to Hanoi. It takes approximately 30 mins for the cruise team and bus team to prepare the vehicle for returned trip and direct all the guests to enter the bus. The transfer between Halong and Hanoi usually takes only 2,5 hours via highway plus around 15 mins short break. The highway is already the fastest way to drive between 2 cities at the moment. We understand how important accurate information is and how valuable your time is. It’s always our duty to ensure you are having the most updated information on the trip.   Best trip so far. Amazed by how it worked. From the very first arrival in Saigon till last drop off at Noi Bai airport, Hanoi. All of the drivers were polite and courteous. We were notified the day before regarding the times that we were being collected. The excursions were well organized and we were amazed by tour guides, drivers's knowledge so we could ask anything about their countries. And we took flights instead of buses to have more time to enjoy and would like to recommend that to other travelers."Show more

Katie of Threeland in particular, had worked so hard with me since September in order to get the tours that I really liked. My husband and I were so happy to meet Katie and Jackie when we were in Hanoi. They came to our hotel to meet us personally. Seldom you can find such a gesture. Thank you for a job well done.
