Regarding the meeting points: Paris and Versailles is a semi-guided tour, which is clearly stated at the time of booking. Guests make their own way to designated meeting points, all of which are detailed in the trip document. On Day 2, our records show we responded within minutes when you reached out, confirmed the correct address (6 Avenue du Dr Brouardel, 75007), and noted it was a very short walk from where you were standing. We are glad you found the group. On the audio guide: occasionally a device may be faulty, but spare units are always available on-site. The staff present would have replaced it immediately upon request. Regarding the Normandy excursion: this was booked and confirmed as part of your package. We are sorry to hear it was not completed to your satisfaction and would welcome the opportunity to understand what happened if you reach out to us directly at info@eskapas.com. However, we are very sorry to learn about your disappointing experience with the tour guide in Santorini. What you described—especially her unhelpful attitude, lack of communication during the walking portion, and the inappropriate comment about “elite” cruises—is completely unacceptable and not the standard of service we wish for any traveler to receive. After reviewing your comments carefully, we believe this particular tour was arranged by Celestyal Cruises and not directly by Eskapas Travel. While we strive to offer excellent experiences through our own local partners, in this case, the guide and coordination were managed by the cruise line’s shore excursion team. Nevertheless, your feedback is very important to us. We have already forwarded your full review to the relevant contact at Celestyal Cruises, along with our recommendation that they investigate the guide’s behavior, improve communication between their coordinators and on-site guides, and ensure that language-group issues are handled professionally in the future.
