Everything on our tour went like clockwork, except for the trains and this unfortunately can't be avoided. Our drivers and guides were always on time, mostly early and all were very knowlwdgeable re their cities and subjects. Our hotels were all very good and in good locations. The only improvement we advise is the cleanliness of the trains and the toilets, as while we were given clean linen for each trip the general condition of the inside of the carriages themselves and particularly the windows did leave a lot to be desired. Amit, our tour organiser was excellent and he had everything well under control. We would certainly recommend Yolo Tours/ Tour Radar to anyone who wants to see India in depth!Show more

The tour was really good, the guides bring you to all of the major attractions in the cities and are happy to accommodate your needs. The hotels were also very good and train journeys were pleasant. The only part we disliked was when we were brought to shops to see local handy crafts, while seeing them create the goods was very interesting, there was pressure to buy afterwards, which was uncomfortable. The tour was really nice, we really enjoyed the places we visited, the accommodations and the tour guides. I would definitely recommend the train rides, they were safe and, in my opinion, much calmer than car rides. My only complaint is regarding some guides, they usually brought us to really expensive shops in which the shopper explain the work done in that shop and after that tried really hard to sell us their products making us feel really uncomfortable and in an obligation to buy something. It would be better if the guides asked us what we wanted before just bringing us to these places.Show more
