  What hotels do you use? Is there an option for Zimbabwe tour to see Victoria Falls?

    Yes, we do offer a tour that includes Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. The tour is called South Africa Escape with Victoria Falls.
    
    The tour combines South Africa and Zimbabwe, including:
    
    Cape Town and the Cape Winelands
    Hermanus and the Garden Route
    Oudtshoorn and the Cango Caves
    Johannesburg
    Kruger National Park with multiple safari experiences
    The Panorama Route and Blyde River Canyon
    Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, including a guided tour of the falls
    A Zambezi River sunset cruise
    A free day in Victoria Falls with optional activities, including a Chobe Day Trip to Botswana
    
    For the hotels, the tour uses a range of hotels and safari lodges throughout the itinerary, depending on the location. The final hotel details are provided in the final tour program closer to departure.

  In which hotel start that tour? I prefer will come 1/2 day earlier. In case I will be alone, and you don't finde woman for share double room, I need pay extra for single room?

    The tour usually starts at StayEasy Cape Town City Bowl, with a scheduled meeting time of 2:00 PM. However, please note that this is not yet confirmed and is subject to change. Your final meeting point and time will be confirmed in your Tour Leader Announcement, which is sent approximately 15–10 days before your tour.
    
    Regarding the room, if you have booked a twin-share room and we are unable to match you with another same-gender traveller, you will usually be allocated a single room at no additional cost.

    Our tour itineraries operate as scheduled and follow a fixed group itinerary rather than being offered as fully private tours. However, if you are asking whether it is possible to participate only in certain legs or sections of the tour, it is possible.

    If you choose to include Victoria Falls, please check the tour here. In terms of flights, please note that international airfare (e.g. from Sacramento or San Francisco to South Africa) is not included in the tour package. Travellers would need to arrange their own flights to the start point unless otherwise specified in a promotion or add-on package.

  For one of the free days at kruger national park, can we do the panorama tour? I would like to see some of the landmarks like God's Window, The Pinnacle, Bourke's Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, Wonderview, Three Rondawels, Graskop, Pilgrim's Rest, Lisbon Falls, Mac-Mac Falls, Lone Creek Falls

    For clarification, can you please share more info on which Panorama Tour are you referring to? Is it perhaps one of the Optional Excursions that is offered for the South African Escape Tour?

    Just to clarify, there is no separate "Panorama Tour" option listed for this itinerary. However, what you may have seen referred to is already included in Day 13 of the South African Escape tour, which covers the Panorama Route.
    
    On this day, the itinerary includes a scenic drive through Mpumalanga with stops at:
    -Three Rondavels viewpoint overlooking the Blyde River Canyon
    -Blyde River Canyon viewpoints
    -Bourke's Luck Potholes, a natural rock formation and water feature
    
    After these visits, the group continues back to Johannesburg for a farewell dinner.

    That is actually one of the Optional Excursions that our Operations Team is planning to offer for this tour this year. Although, it is not yet confirmed at this point and we do not have any estimates on when it would start to be offered.
    
    As this point, we can only advise to keep track on the Tour Page as updates (e.g. changes in the itinerary, new Optional Excursions, etc.) are updated on the website in real time once confirmed.

  Are the 12th - 25 Apr or the 26 Apr - 29 May tours guaranteed/ confirmed departure yet OR is there no minimum number of participants required and tours go ahead anyway

    The South African Escape tour from 12th – 25th April 2026 is confirmed. We haven't received any updates or notifications from our head office suggesting that the tour will not go ahead. The maximum number of travellers for this tour is 48. While we aim to maximize participation, if numbers are lower, our operations team will assess the tour to determine if it will proceed.

    The 1st paragraph says the head office has not suggested the tour will nto go ahead but in 2nd paragraph, it says minimum num of 48 if not reached, operations team will assess if tour will proceed. So is there any detail or information regarding this tour has reached the participation limit and will definitely go ahead?

While we strive to ensure that all our tours proceed as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may occur. Rest assured, though, that we will do our best to make sure the tour goes ahead as planned. As a solo traveller, you would be paired in a twin room with another traveller of the same gender. If you prefer your own room, a single supplement applies, which provides private occupancy for the duration of the tour. The exact tour price and single supplement cost can vary by departure date, so for April 12th departure, the price is at 1055 USD for the private room upgrade.
