It was a very nice 3-day trip to the world of Tortuguero Laguna Lodge. The facilities and the service were excellent. The tour guide Walter did an excellent job. The only thing we didn't like was the return transfer. We had to take a cab from our hotel Vilas del Rio to the Wyndham Garden pick-up point. A direct pick-up would have been possible in terms of traffic. Therefore one star less. It was a wonderful three-day trip into the world of the Tortuguero Laguna Lodge. Both the grounds and the service were outstanding. Our tour guide, Walter, did an excellent job. The only thing we were not pleased with was the transfer service to and from the lodge; on both legs of the journey, we had to take a cab from our hotel, Vilas del Rio, to the designated pickup point at the Wyndham Garden. A direct pickup would have been entirely feasible from a traffic standpoint. For this reason, we are deducting one star.Show more

It was a wonderful 3-day trip to the world of Tortuguero Laguna Lodge. The lodge and the service were excellent. Our tour guide, Walter, did a fantastic job. The only thing we didn't like was the transfer to and from the lodge. We had to take a taxi each way from our hotel, Vilas del Rio, to the Wyndham Garden pick-up point. Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bamba Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bamba Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
