Dear Andrew, Thank you for your message. We regret to hear that you had a bad experience to start your holiday. Regarding your transfer. Please note that in these cases, customers can contact our 24-hour assistance service for a solution if their flight is delayed. The change of hotel in Marrakech was due to the official event, which we communicated to you as soon as our partner informed us. We regret that the food at the Casablanca hotel and the dinner at the Fado show did not meet your expectations, and we acknowledge the issues you faced with the staff's attitude and pricing discrepancies. Regarding the lack of WiFi and chargers on the Morocco bus, as well as the communication challenges between guides and our company, we understand the frustration this caused and will address these issues internally to improve our services. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the positive aspects, including the experiences and the quality of most of our guides. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will use them to ensure a better experience for our future travelers. Best regards,

All our tours include walking guided tours as per itinerary. In general you have free time in the afternoon. The visits are not adapted to each client's requirements, since it is a regular tour and you would be travelling with a group. The only tour that covers Burgos (not stay in Burgos, just some hours at your disposition there) is our ENGLISH ONLY NORTHERN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL TOUR.
