We are a group of 4 women looking to do a tour similar to this commencing on Saturday 25 April. Will this be available then?

We still don't have the itinerary dates from April onwards. We will possibly have the information in two or three weeks.

Do you have any dates in the first week of August or last week of July? Also we have 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 14. Can you give us quote for the family including kids discounts? Do we get to stay in a single room with two double beds?

Unfortunately our first available departure is on August 19th, and the child discount is up to 7 years old. As the group should count as 4 adults, distribution is in 2 double rooms.

What are the timings for the tour?

The tour starts in the morning around 08:00 hrs and ends on the last day around 19:00 hrs.

Can you provide triple accommodation? What is the cost?

Triple room accommodations are available upon request. Once confirmed, we will be able to process your reservation. If not available, room distribution will be one double and one single room.

Is there a special rate for children on the tour?

Children aged between 4-7 have a 25% discount if they share a double room with 2 adults.

Are passengers expected to tip the guide? How does that work?

Yes, tipping the guide is customary and is based on the quality of service provided.

Where do we meet our tour guide in the morning and what time? We are to start our tour in the morning. We are at the Puerta de Toledo Hotel in Madrid.

Pick up at 08:30 hrs from the hotel entrance (PUERTA DE TOLEDO HOTEL, Gta. de la Puerta de Toledo, 4 Madrid). Presentation 10 – 15min earlier

We left for Spain and Portugal 9/7 and have traveled to over 40 countries in our lifetimes. Sometimes we went on our own and sometimes with guides. Riad was the worst guide we have ever had. He was silent in the bus most of the time. He had wonderful site tour guides where we actually learned something. He NEVER entered a building with us except to hand us our hotel rooms and then he disappeared. He spoke Spanish for 20 minutes to the spanish people and joked and laughed. There were 4 of of us Americans which he then spoke maybe 10 minutes with. One can't help but think, "What did I miss here?" For the money we paid, his tour skills with English travelers was the worst I've ever seen. At the very least, he should be confined to Spanish speaking tours only. We were angry and very disappointed.Show more

Very disappointed, we where told the hotels will be rated to "T" class however they are not. The group was split from day 1, some where always in the 4 star hotels and we and some others where put in the bad hotels, some had bad AC we had to change the room etc. nothing to do with "T" class at all! Even the guide was staying at the proper hotel and when we asked they said this is what was told you them and we are not able to choose! I don't recommend this agency / tour at all.Show more
