We're mostly interested in doing the historical portions of Greece and the beaches in Greece. We would like to go in mid June 2026

We do have any space available on our August 30, 2025 departure. Our groups can accommodate up to 45 guest. We do not offer accommodations for four guest in one room. We can get you booked in two rooms with one adult and one child per room. Our tours are not customizable. You will be expected to participate in the activates, however if you decide not to participate you will be responsible for getting t the next destination to meet up with the tour. This is a 10 day tour. We do offer an extension to this tour that can include a cruise of The Aegean Cruise. That will change the tour from 10 days to 15 days.

Is there a cancellation policy for the tour?

Cancellations involve a fee, typically a percentage of the tour cost, which varies depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the departure date.

What happens if there are changes or updates to my travel packet?

Updated travel packets are sent electronically, and it's advised to check your spam or junk folders if you haven't received updated information.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotels?

Hotel check-in times are usually around 3 PM, and you will coordinate your transfer time to the final hotel with the front desk staff.

How do I complete the guest acknowledgement process?

Guests are required to acknowledge their reservation, a process that can be completed online through the travel packet instructions.

What is the process for managing my booking online?

You can manage your booking by linking your booking number on the website, accepting terms and conditions, and then, you can add or edit traveler details, passport information, and more.

We visit two monasteries during the Meteora tour, which are Vaarlam and St. Stevens. Note that Vaarlam is not open on Fridays.

  Please be advised our tours are typically about 44 people to a group. We do offer private touring options which would be about an additional $2366 USD per person plus the cost of the tour. The tour would not be customizable but will allow you your own personal tour guide and minivan. We do not offer accommodations that will allow 4 people in a room. In your case you would have to book two rooms with an adult in each room to accompany the children.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Cosmos" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
