I am very interested in the snowshoing tour in Romania. I would like to ask about the transfer from the airport. There is only one flight with an arrivial time around 15:05 in Bucharest. Is this to late for you to pick me up? There is the possibility to come a day earlier. In this case, I need to be picked up in the city of Bucharest. Would that be possible?

Arrival transfer will meet flights arriving up to 1400 at Bucharest (OTP) on the first day of the tour. Departure transfer is timed to serve flights departing from 1500 at Bucharest (OTP) on the last day of the tour. Your flight will get in to late to grab that transfer and private transfers are very expensive on that end. If you then fly in a day before, you will have to meet the group at the aiport to grab the free transfer.

On Day 1, there is mention that as the guesthouse is 165km from Bucharest Airport and there will be a group transfer, with return; at what time would be the group transfer please? Reason being to check regarding timing of respective flights.

If you were to go on the trip departing on the 7th February, the arrival transfer will meet flights arriving up to 15.00 at Bucharest airport and on the departing day, the transfer is timed to serve flights departing from 16.00 at Bucharest.

I also appreciated his option of lunch on the go to maximize daylight hours in late November. The glacier walk itself was a highlight, though I will say more than depicted in the guide.
