      Once the plane has landed and we have our luggage in hand, how do we find the shuttle bus/private vehicle to shuttle us to the hotel Radisson?

      From the customs checkpoint please continue to the airport exit doors and outside there will be a National Geographic Journeys representative waiting there with a National Geographic Journeys sign. In case you don't see the sign, don't panic, continue walking to the Malinche Restaurant. If for any reason you still don't see your driver, please wait outside of the restaurant and contact us at the following numbers: Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm: +506 4001 8474 (ext 4), Monday to Sunday from 5 pm to 8 am: +51 997 582 712

    Would leaving the tour early and arranging alternative transport to the airport be a possibility? We would not then need the hotel for the final night.

    How much do I need to pay extra on top to the 2.729€ if I need to stay in a single room/my own room? And how much do I need to pay extra, if the plane starts on the airport in Munich. Will there be a direct flight from Frankfurt starting?

Unfortunately flights would be booked separately by yourself as we are unable to book these for you. You would need to fly in and out of San Jose Airport (SJO).

April 13th to April 26th also has 3 spaces left and can be confirmed right away. The request process can take about 2 to 4 business days and if we cannot confirm the space you will be refunded. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
