      Once the plane has landed and we have our luggage in hand, how do we find the shuttle bus/private vehicle to shuttle us to the hotel Radisson?

      From the customs checkpoint please continue to the airport exit doors and outside there will be a National Geographic Journeys representative waiting there with a National Geographic Journeys sign. In case you don't see the sign, don't panic, continue walking to the Malinche Restaurant. If for any reason you still don't see your driver, please wait outside of the restaurant and contact us at the following numbers: Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm: +506 4001 8474 (ext 4), Monday to Sunday from 5 pm to 8 am: +51 997 582 712

    Would leaving the tour early and arranging alternative transport to the airport be a possibility? We would not then need the hotel for the final night.

      Please note that if you leave the tour early, you will be on your own in regards to arranging an earlier private transport back to San Jose from Manuel Antonio to make sure you are on time for your flight, the CEO can try and help with this while on tour, however, you will need to pay for it (no information on cost as this is not a service we book). Note that there is no refund for unused services, since this is sold as a package.

      The April 3rd through April 16th departure only has one space available. April 10th through April 23rd has three space left. April 13th to April 26th also has 3 spaces left and can be confirmed right away. The request process can take about 2 to 4 business days and if we cannot confirm the space you will be refunded. We recommend waiting to book flights until the tour is confirmed.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and National Geographic Expeditions with G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
