Is domestic RT airfare included in price?

The tour cost does not include airfare. We can quote air for you but the departure of August 26, 2023 is too far out to be able to look at air. The departure must be within 331 days from tour start date. Once we are within that, we can quote air for you.

If these tours aren't going to start until 2023, why did you advertise for 2022 ? You are even giving option to book.

What will the cancellation policy be should she not be able to travel? Will there be airport transfers? Is pre accommodation available? If so for how much? Is there a minimum number of travellers for this tour to run?

Unfortunately, this tour is no longer operating in 2022. It is starting back up in June of 2023. There is quite a bit of walking on this tour. The walking can be at a slower pace, and there will be places where you can rest along the way. Our coaches have a few steps up. Depending on your mobility issues, we would need to know if you are able to walk short distances, get on/off motor coaches, and up/down stairs.

  Unfortunately there are no departures operating in 2022. There are June, July, August and September departures in 2023. The initial deposit amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees begin at 20% 45-days prior to the tour departure date. Cosmos do not offer airport transfers in North America. Passengers will need to make their own way. Pre and post tour accommodation is offered. The cost and availability will depend on the tour departure date. As the 2023 departures are not yet guaranteed to operate, there are a minimum number of bookings needed in order for a departure to become guaranteed.
