How many people are on your tours? I can't find this on your website.

This tour accommodates a maximum of 52 guests. This ensures a comfortable group size while still allowing you to enjoy the social aspect of traveling with others.

I am looking to travel to Italy in June 2024 with my girlfriend. I have a few questions about personalizing this tour. 1. What is the price of this tour if it's private for 2 adults? 2. I'm not sure how to organize flying from the US to Palermo, it seems many US airlines do not offer flights straight to Palermo. I'm wondering if there's any way to organize this tour so it starts and ends in Rome.

We only offer a group and do not offer a private for two passengers, and the cost is $5,050.00 per person in a twin room. Group size: average 40 to 45 guests, maximum of 48 guests.

My husband has bad knees and can not walk long distance. Any opportunity to have a wheel chair available for his bad days. How much walking in any given day?

We cannot provide your husband with a wheelchair. Hence, he can always bring his own; there is only one wheelchair per trip or tour. He needs to have a companion who will assist him with pushing the wheelchair and ascending or descending the coach steps. Wheelchairs and walkers both need to be fully collapsible and non-motorized.

how many hotel changes? how many nights on each hotel?

As your preferred departure date is not until 19th September 2024, the hotel list is not yet finalised and we are therefore unable to provide you yet the final list of hotels and the number of nights you'll be staying on each hotel.

Is it possible to do Savoca and Mt Etna excursions in the same day?

Please be advised that you can only take one excursion on that day.

Does this tour include admission/guided tour INSIDE the coliseum?

I wonder if there is any airport transfer that you can arrange for me?

  Wow, that all sounds pretty strenous. If someone isnt feeling up to all the walking. Is there a meeting point, where they could sit and wait until we return to the coach?

  In Florence you will arrive to the hotel around 6/6303pm. After getting settled into the hotel you have the rest of the night as free time. There is an optional excursion offered that night or you can choose to do anything on your own, you will just need to advise the Travel Director what you are going to do instead.
