  This was a great way to experience Ireland. Beautiful scenery, sights, fun times. Everything was put together for a trip of a lifetime. Shane Creegan, our tour director, did an excellent job guiding us and taking care of us. Michael McKeown (Mickey) was our bus driver. He is a careful and focused driver. They made an excellent team, enhancing our "Irish Experience" from Trafalgar.Show more

  All hotels locations must be in the downtown city center allowing guests the ability to enjoy atmosphere/local sites...
  All hotels locations must be in the downtown city center allowing guests the ability to enjoy atmosphere/local sites easily without taking additional transportation, or walking 30 minutes to/from ( Belfast/Killarney allowed so) however the Radsison Park Inn was worst quality hotel on itinerary. Need to allow for more free time and planned events for Dublin...as this is the hub of the country and easily offers most experiences like Trinity College / Book of Kells, Guinness brewery/store, Temple Bar....none of which we got to visit! I would suggest that if N.Ireland will be an integral part of the respective tour ( which is why I picked the Irish Experience ) Trafalgar should focus less on the narrative of religious/political strife and focus more on destination attractions like Titanic ( not sure what else there is there other than looking at murals of fighting heroes )....people want to share positive experiences about visit not about festering tensions...move on! Shane ( tour director ) and Keiron ( driver ) are an excellent combination together......youth and experience, yet both passionate, professional, and committed to providing an enjoyable guest experience..they are both assets to Trafalgar. The Irish Experience tour allows guests to get a very comprehensive exposure to Ireland, as most of your tours of Ireland only focus on the south.....glad we experienced Belfast, Giant's Causeway. Overall, I would rate an 7.5 / 10.Show more

We regret to read that there were certain sights not included in our itinerary that you would have liked to have experienced. Our detailed itineraries can be found on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure and in the information pack that was sent to you prior to the start of the trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway. Nevertheless, we have passed along your suggestions for an alternative sightseeing experience to our Product Development Team for their consideration going forward. Furthermore, we appreciate you sharing your comments regarding the Radisson Park Inn and can confirm that they have been shared with our Quality Control team for further evaluation. He made sure everything ran smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The time spent on tour was enjoyable and Greg made everyone feel welcome and part of the group. I would definitely travel with him again and I will be travelling with Costsaver again.Show more

  I cancelled three days before because of health issues! Not even a concern. Got a welcome letter.PERIOD! Then no communication until this review!!! When I phoned comment was: "Oh, Sorry!!!" No rebate for hotels, meals, entries into tours, NOTHING! We understand tour itself, but you saved on Meals, tours, etc. Cannot recommend, when you don't even know I wasn't there!! It is stated in our terms and conditions that a notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Trafalgar or through your Travel Agent.
