      Yes, this tour includes airport transfers on arrival and departure, hotel-to-hotel transfers between cities, and accommodations in 4-star hotels. Rooming options for two adults typically include either one double bed or two twin beds, with sizes varying by hotel. Complimentary arrival transfers depart Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO) at 09:30, 12:30 and 15:00 on the first day of the tour. We recommend flights need to arrive 2 hours prior to the LAST complimentary transfer time. Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO) on the last day of the tour at 07:00 and 09:30. We recommend flights need to depart 3 hours after the FIRST transfer arrival time at the airport. Double bed option: Couples can request one double bed. In Italy, hotel double beds are usually equivalent to a queen size (approx. 150–160 cm wide). Twin bed option: Two separate twin beds are also available. Twin beds in European hotels are typically 90–100 cm wide each.

      Technically on day 6, guests already arrived in Rome at approximately 16:45 and they will have farewell dinner in hotel at around 19:00. Then on day 7 (last day) there will be a complimentary transfer that will drop them off at the airport at approximately 07:00 and 09:30. This complimentary transfer will be given at a condition. The Gondola Ride is once of the optional experiences offered during the tour. All of the optional experiences will be offered to you by your Travel Director at the beginning of your trip. Our optional experiences cannot be pre-booked. Some may be subject to change, depending on the time you are traveling or local circumstances including weather and days of the week. Further information will be provided by your Travel Director. On pre-accommodation, the standard bedding arrangement for a twin room is two single beds.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
