  Our tour with Intrepid was amazing! No details were spared. We were very well taken care of. Our tour guide Seen; with us the entire time, was conscientious, super attentive to our needs, fun, friendly and always available to provide us with ideas, guidance and support. The guides in each country of our journey, especially Lam from Vietnam and So Koom from Cambodia, were very knowledgeable of the history and their cultures. We learned so much from them. The cycling was the best! Bikes were fantastic to ride and all the mechanics took such good care to prepare our bikes each day. There were always plenty of snacks and water along the route with adequate stopping/rest points. Loved it and would highly recommend.Show more

  I just wanted to give some feedback on the current ongoing trip (Cycle Vietnam- Cambodia- Thailand). I’ve actually left the tour three days early as I had the opportunity to meet up with some friends in Bangkok and unfortunately the timings changed such that I could only do this if I left a little early. Overall, I thought the tour was excellent. The tour guide, Is, was extremely organised and friendly and engaged. She did a fantastic job. The whole tour was well organised. It was a little hard going cycling in the mid-afternoon heat so as a group we decided to start earlier in the morning. I would suggest for future tours that the day visiting Angkor Wat starts a lot earlier. I understand one can visit the temples at sun rise. I found walking around them in mid-day heat too much so if we’d started before dawn that would have been better. Hope that feedback is helpful for the planning of future tours.Show more

  Our main reason we would score this trip so high is due to our leader Is Prapassorn. She is a phenomenal human being. Loving, caring, generous of her space and time. She put the safety of her “family” of bike riders above all else. She took care of us like we truly were her own family. Patient,kind, detail oriented, knowledgeable, in tune with our group. She bent over backwards to accommodate our every need and whim. It couldn’t have been easy for her, There were strong personalities on our team and she made it look easy. Never mind what a strong competent cyclist she is. She gave the men on our team a run for their money. Quite simply, Is gives it her all and she will probably be the reason we remember this trip for years to come and why we would recommend Intrepid.Well done Intrepid, you scored when you hired Is.
