Cambodia and Thailand Tours & Trips
Watching sunrise turn Angkor Wat golden - that's bucket list stuff right there. Then you're cruising Bangkok's klongs, cycling past rice paddies that seem to go on forever in the Mekong Delta. Ho Chi Minh's markets buzz with energy, Luang Prabang's got that alms-giving ceremony you've probably seen photos of, and Koh Rong Island's beaches are properly pristine. Southeast Asia just keeps giving.

The riding and support were good but the temperatures should have been 15C cooler. The Thailand leg wss the best as we had a 5 member support team including a videographer who produced 12 minutes youtube videos of each day's ride
Cycle Vietnam, Cambodia & ThailandLove this tour. Out of all the tours Ive done, this was my favourite, not just because of the itinerary, but the CEO Kakada was so good. So knowledgeable, friendly and just a lovely person to be around. Definitely recommend. The itinerary itself was really good too, so glad I did this tour, otherwise I don’t think I would have visited Cambodia; i didn’t know much of the history, but having spent a fair amount of time there has opened my eyes, about Khmer Rouge. Really enjoyed it, and definitely recommend the tour ☺️
Southeast Asia Trifecta: Cambodia, Vietnam & Bangkok VibesWe did this tour at the end of August and all I can say is wow! With most of the time spent in Cambodia, this tour really takes you to meet some amazing families and you get to see how life is for many people in this country, along with visiting it's major tourist attractions. Our guide Orkun was amazing throughout and really did make sure the whole group was engaged throughout which was really appreciated by all. Due to the current boarder issues with Thailand the tour did end a day early but this wasn't an issue for us as we then flew into Bangkok and continue with our own agenda. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit an amazing country that is so happy to engage with tourist's.

Best time to visit Cambodia and Thailand
- Summer 2026
Our summer tours skillfully mix cultural experiences with smart ways to stay cool in the heat. The 18-day heritage journeys, carefully structured around morning temple visits, come with private transport and hotels chosen specifically for midday comfort. Cycling enthusiasts can choose between laid-back 30-50km daily rides through rice paddies and villages, or push themselves with more demanding 70-90km routes across varied terrain. Most summer visitors gravitate towards our combination tours that weave through Bangkok's canals and traditional Cambodian settlements, with cooking sessions in Chiang Mai and meaningful encounters with elephants. Water-based activities become a highlight during warm months, from gliding through Khao Sok National Park by kayak to swimming in the crystal waters off Koh Tao. What makes these summer trips work so well is the balance between structured activities and personal time, giving travelers the freedom to switch between cultural exploration and cooling breaks according to their preferences.

- Fall / Autumn 2026
Autumn brings ideal cycling weather to southeast Asia. From Bangkok, you'll take quiet roads through Thailand's tapioca fields, temples and also countryside before crossing into Cambodia. It's manageable cycling at 30-50km daily on flat ground, passing fishing villages and rice paddies along the way. There's a great tour combining cycling with cultural sites - you'll bike around Angkor's temples early morning, take Mekong Delta boat trips and cycle through Vietnam's countryside. If you prefer not to cycle, autumn tours focus on cultural experiences with visits to floating markets, Mekong Delta homestays and also guided walks through historic Phnom Penh. Our customers tell us they appreciate the fewer tourists and milder temperatures in autumn, which makes temple visits and village exploration much more enjoyable.

- Winter 2026 / 2027
Winter tours from November through February really shine in Cambodia and Thailand when the cooler weather makes everything more comfortable. You can cycle through Angkor's sites and rural backroads without overheating - our travelers love that. The Heritage route is particularly good, mixing Bangkok's canal scenes with nights in traditional Laotian villages by the Mekong. Food lovers and culture enthusiasts will enjoy learning traditional cooking in Chiang Mai, meeting elephants at sanctuaries and staying with local families in rural Cambodia. For keen cyclists, there are routes covering 70-90km daily through Thailand's eastern provinces and into Cambodia's temple countryside.

- Spring 2027
Spring cycling tours through Thailand and Cambodia offer excellent riding conditions, while delivering rich cultural moments along the way. Many routes start from Bangkok and wind through Thailand's quiet countryside, past tapioca fields before heading into Cambodia. Our travelers love the gentle daily rides of 30-50km on flat terrain, where they pass traditional fishing villages and emerald rice paddies. Those who prefer cultural exploration without cycling can wander through vibrant floating markets, join local families for Mekong Delta homestays, and also explore historic Phnom Penh during spring's milder temperatures. For active travelers, we combine cycling with cultural highlights - early morning rides around Angkor's temples, boat journeys through the Mekong Delta, and also cycling adventures in Vietnam's rural areas. Tours often pause at local workshops, ancient temples and village communities, which creates natural connections with daily life as you travel these routes.
