    I am trying to book the tour at the momment. As mentioned in your previous reply, we only need to pay a deposit of $800 to confirm our place. However, in the payment section, Tour radar require full payment for the tour. Could you please advised if we can put the $800 deposit now, (how do we do that?) and the final date for full payment.

    The $800 deposit option is available for trips departing more than 56 days from the departure date. This means that if you are booking more than 56 days before the trip starts, you only need to pay the deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance due closer to the departure date.
    
    However, as your selected departure date is now within the 56-day window, full payment is required at the time of booking. This is why TourRadar is prompting you to complete the full payment rather than only the deposit.

    Just to clarify, this trip officially ends in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be visiting Siem Reap on Day 4 of the itinerary, but the tour continues beyond that point. When you mention ending the trip in Siem Reap and flying back to Bangkok, do you mean that you're considering leaving the tour early at that stage?

    I would want to leave the tour early and return to Bangkok by air on day 4. But…. I am sure I can arrange the trip myself without too much problem, don't you?

    Yes, you can leave the trip early and arrange your own transport. Please note that you will be required to sign a leave form on tour, confirming your early departure from the group. Our team on the ground will guide you through this process and assist where needed.

  Is there an option for upgrade in hotel accomodations? If so, what are the options? I was looking for a four star or five star option.

    This trip follows our Original style, which includes mostly 2 to 3-star hotels. Facilities are basic, and while rooms have private bathrooms and are usually air-conditioned or fan-cooled. Upgrades to 4 or 5 star hotels are not possible on this trip. We use this style to give you a more local and authentic experience, focusing on culture rather than luxury.

    Our 30JUL2024 departure is a confirmed departure. However, it is no longer open for sale as it is too close to travel. Our ending point will be Ho Chi Minh City on Day 8. We are pleased to offer a complimentary hold on the trip for 48 hours, after which a deposit of 400 is required to confirm your space.

    There are some long travel days by private and public transport (up to 10 hours on the road) on the border crossing days. These are relatively comfortable vehicles with air conditioning, designated seats and luggage compartments.

    Most of the accommodation on this trip is in hotels (mostly 2 to 3-star). Facilities are often basic, with some properties not having a continuous supply of hot water on occasion. All rooms are either fan cooled or with air conditioning and twin share with private facilities unless stated otherwise in the daily itinerary. Double beds are not widely available in South East Asia.
