Bangkok
You'll arrive in Bangkok and head to the bike shop at 3pm to get your bicycle fitted and ready. Later that evening, you'll have dinner on the Chao Praya River at a restaurant with a nice atmosphere, where you can try Thai special foods and meet your local guides. After dinner, you're free to explore Bangkok's nightlife on your own.

- Day 2
Bangkok
This is your first cycling day in Bangkok. You'll cross the Chao Phraya River to Bang Kra Jao, a quiet area with waterways, small villages, temples, and tropical jungle. The ride takes you through local communities and past schools, and you'll stop to visit a temple from the Ayutthaya period and check out Sri Narkon Park. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, and then in the afternoon you'll do a night ride to visit a night market and flower market. Total cycling is about 35 kilometers.

Nakhon Nayok
You'll drive about 1.5 hours to Nakhon Nayok Province to see Khao Yai National Park and Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam, Thailand's largest dam, which has great panoramic views. From there you'll cycle to Haew Narok waterfall with three different cascades and cool mountain water where you can take a refreshing swim break. Lunch is authentic Thai food like somtam with grilled chicken and sticky rice at rustic restaurants near the falls. A short drive gets you to your resort for the night. Total cycling is about 50 kilometers.

Aranyaprathet to Poipet Border Town
After breakfast you'll start driving toward Aranyaprathet, breaking up the bus journey with short morning and afternoon rides through typical rural Thai villages at a relaxed pace. You'll stop to visit Rong Kluea Market (also called Ban Khlong Luek Border Market), one of Thailand's most popular border markets. A short drive takes you to your hotel in Aranyaprathet so you can freshen up before dinner. Total cycling is about 50 kilometers, and you'll stay overnight in Poipet Border Town.

Poipet to Siem Reap
You'll have a relaxed morning with breakfast and then a short 15-minute transfer to the Poipet International border. You'll handle Cambodia visa formalities and meet your new support team for the rest of the trip. After that, you'll drive about 4 hours to Siem Reap, the gateway to the Khmer temples of Angkor. On the way you'll stop to visit the silk farm at Pourk to see how silk is made from start to finish. That evening you'll check in and visit the temple of Bayon and South Gate of Angkor Thom by bus for sunset, followed by a welcome dinner with your new support team. There's no cycling today.

Siem Reap
You'll drive a short distance to Angkor Wat to pick up your bikes, then set off by bike to discover several ancient temple cities. You'll cycle to the impressive Ta Prohm Temple, which is still surrounded by jungle. Following that, you'll pedal along small hidden trails to ruins at Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terraces, the Bayon, Baphoun, and Preah Khan. In the afternoon you'll visit Angkor Wat to see its extraordinary architecture and bas-reliefs. You'll cycle back to your hotel at the end of the day. Total cycling is about 35 kilometers, with 80% off-road terrain but nothing too technical.

- Day 7
Siem Reap
You'll leave the crowds behind and cycle to the small village of Rolous where you visit temples and a local market. After exploring the stalls, you'll take a boat to the floating village of Kompong Phluk on Tonle Sap Lake, where houses are built on stilts and people share communal lifestyles. You'll see floating pig pens and children paddling around while selling souvenirs. Lunch is hosted at a local home where you'll learn about local cuisine and everyday life. In the afternoon you'll visit Banteay Srey, collect your bikes, and cycle about 25 kilometers to East Mebon to watch the sunset before cycling or driving back to Siem Reap. Total cycling is about 56 kilometers.

Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
You'll leave the temples of Angkor behind and drive south to Phnom Penh on a long bus day, about 6 or 7 hours of driving. You'll stop at the famous ancient bridge at Kompong Kdei, then continue to the capital. Leaving the highway, you'll drive to Koh Dach ferry dock and take a local ferry along the Mekong River to Koh Dach Island to visit a traditional Khmer weaving village. You'll see villagers making their own dyes and weaving silk on old looms and learn about traditional ways of life while cycling about 22 kilometers around the island. You'll return by ferry before driving to Phnom Penh. Total cycling is about 37 kilometers.

Phnom Penh
You'll explore Phnom Penh, a lively city with many French colonial buildings. You'll visit the difficult Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former high school that became the Khmer Rouge's main torture and interrogation center. Next you'll go to the National Museum, which holds beautifully preserved carvings and lintels rescued from Angkor. You'll tour the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda with a local guide. Later you'll drive out of the city to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, where a glass memorial stupa is filled with human skulls as a reminder of Pol Pot's atrocities. There's no cycling today.

Phnom Penh to Chau Doc, Vietnam
After breakfast you'll transfer 15 kilometers out of busy Phnom Penh traffic and start cycling to visit Ta Prohm and Yeary Pov temples from the 12th century. You'll take a break for water and snacks before heading to Phnom Chisor to visit the hilltop 11th century temple. You'll enjoy riding to Teakeo, cycling through temples with countryside views including Ta Mok's house (a former general commander), and pedal toward Tinh Bien for crossing into Vietnam. You'll stay overnight in Chau Doc after dinner and a short transfer with the Vietnam support team.

Chau Doc
You'll drive about 30 kilometers from Chau Doc town before starting your ride. The journey takes you on flat terrain along the Vinh te Canal system, which once marked the border between Vietnam and Cambodia. At Tra Su you'll visit the forest by motorized boat to see water hyacinths and water lilies. Your ride continues to a nice little town on the banks of the Hau Giang River where you'll spend the night. Total cycling is about 50 kilometers.

Hau Giang River to Vinh Long
You'll take a boat ride to check out the bustling floating market of Cai Rang, one of the last authentic floating markets in Indochina. You'll cruise through zig-zag canals around Can Tho to enjoy the peaceful river life. Then you'll mount your bike to continue toward Dong Binh through lush jungle canopy and Khmer pagodas in one of the most scenic areas in the Mekong Delta. After lunch, you'll cycle on concrete paths where a local family will greet and welcome your group, serving lunch, an experience to understand Mekong Delta people better. You'll stay at a local homestay on An Binh Island and overnight in Vinh Long.

You'll stop along the way to sample produce and admire the color and variety of fruits. You'll leave your bikes behind and travel by boat to Cai Be. Back on land, you'll drive the final leg to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest and most vibrant city. Total cycling is about 30 kilometers.
