She did a superb job and I agreed to go ahead. The resulting holiday was fantastic, with drivers and guides always on time and efficient. Take precautions , as your driver and certain tour guides will lead you to shops where they get commissions and where they sell expensive items. I must emphasise that a honest driver and good tour guide is what is required for you to have an enjoyable trip ! Show more

Our guest relation executive Ms Ritu was in touch with your during your trip and when contacted then, you never showed your displeasure for anything, if you have informed us then and there, we could have solved the little issues instantly.   Most of the times, our travelers out of their own wish want to buy gifts / souvenirs so that they can bring it back home for their near and dear ones, only when they express their desire and ask for recommended shops to buy souvenirs, our guides suggest them fair-price shops as we have given strict instruction to our guides against shopping guides.   We are disappointed to learn about your experience with us, we feel if it would have been addressed to us while you were on tour could have been well avoided.   Having said that, we have shared your feedback with the team members and assure you that corrective measures have been put in place to avoid re-occurrence of such incidents in future.  It is feedback such as yours that help us to achieve higher levels of perfection and we are sure you will notice a perceptible difference during your next visit to India.   We had a great trip around the Golden Triangle with the the most amazing tour guide ever. Mr. Ravi made the whole experience so much fun and amazing. He was the perfect knowledge and to our surprise, was a good photographer. Thanks to him, we have some amazing shots of ours with the Taj Mahal. We always felt safe in his company. Even the drivers were very good. We just want to thanks GeTS Holidays for making this happen for us. We’ll gladly take their services next time when we visit India.Show more

  We flew in from Dubai and it was our first time in India and we stayed here from last Jan 7th-13th. The GeTS Holidays tour really went over and beyond by giving us a very wonderful driver Mr. Singh who drove us around for all the 7 days. The hotels that we stayed in were all very well preserved good boutique and heritage hotels. We had the best time of our life celebrating our first year anniversary by coming and seeing the Taj Majal in person. Was definitely the most amazing feeling. For all tourists who are thinking of going to India this travel agency is the safest and the best way to do it. Thank you guys and I'm definitely planning our next trip to Incredible India through GeTS.Show more

  We took up this took with an expectation to experience the hustle bustle of the colorful cities along with the view of a wonderful Taj Mahal, and we weren't disappointed. The Royal Jaipur with all the palaces and lakes were indeed something worth a visit. It was certainly one of the most romantic city in Rajasthan. Just a suggestion: You may add up a few local activities to make your tour more exciting. The tour operators will customize it for you.Show more
