Still awaiting refund after 16 months company keeps on lying about processing the refund, I cancelled my tour before the pandemic and they even charged me to cancel even tho I cancelled long before my planned holiday, I had assumed this company would be trustworthy but they have constantly lied time and time again, they also take too long to respond to my emails .. very disappointed and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company as they are not trustworthy, I've filled in a refund form three times now yet they still want to my keep my money, do not book from them.. let see when I will receive my refund I wonder if they will refund me at all.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
