Im not concerned about it showing different ship but I do need to know if this actual perperson price is not for 3-bed Cat C - C. 4. Id like to have prices for the optional tours as it looks as though there arent any tours included.

As we are not a British-based travel agency or operator we are not covered under ABTA, only under TICO. Gratuities, shore excursions, and flights are not included.

The prices should appear to you in AUD as you are located in Australia. The base price of the operator is in Euro and will be converted to AUD.

Prices are all insane. A trip for a couple of weeks at a cost of around $30,000.00 is just too high. We can do 2 trips for that.

30,000/- AUD is indeed extremely high for a single passenger and sounds like the price for 3 cruises if not 2. Perhaps you are looking at another high-end operator's itinerary and pricing. If you could let us know your budget we could share itineraries from Croisi that meet that budget.

Is it possible to go oneway tour, only from Passau to Bratislava or Budapest, but not back?

This cruise goes from Passau to Budapest. It does not go back to Passau on the last day of the cruise.

Do your cabins have showers?

All cabins will have their own private shower.

The crew of the Mona Lisa were always eager to please us, and we found the cabins, bar and restaurant very pleasant. Even though the majority of the passengers were French, the cruise crew always gave the instructions also in English. All in all, great experience!Show more

The MS France dates back to 2001, and there are newer, more luxurious boats in port, but we have everything we need on ours, and we're comfortable. On the other hand, the showers in the standard cabins are really small and not suitable for people with reduced mobility or heavy build. We were on the main deck and found that those who had paid to be on the upper deck only had a larger window that could be opened. The excursions were well organized and interesting. Bartenders and waiters must speak decent English to explain dishes/menu/drinks and able to talk and accept orders. 4. There is only 1 usable electrical outlet in cabin (for hairdryer). how to charge guests laptop, cellphone, etc.? 5. Best internet speed and AC were at library room, but AC was constantly leaking from the ceiling over their. 6. Dining tables for 4 and 6 people was the same size: we had to ask to move our group of 6 people to larger table. nobody ever were aware about this? 7. Need more waiters during lunch and dinner, sometimes they are overwhelmed (was only 8 waiters for 170 guests). 8. Because it was no internet signal sometimes, it was not possible to call local 911 for emergency evacuation of elderly passenger (during cruising in Bulgaria). 9. Nice 9 hours trip to Belgrade-Novi Sad was spoiled because it was no separate English-speaking guide, so beautiful tour guide (by the way, the best guide for all 10 days) must constantly speak French and English concurrently (very difficult to listen for such a long time). 10. Few tour buses had very poor AC, broken seats and usually bus windows were dirty. 11. Cabin shower drainage need to be cleaned periodically, since it was clogged all the time. 12. Waking up on vacation every Morning at 7 am in order to depart for excursions at 8 am was very hard (may be move tours for 1 hour later). pro: 13. Nice tasty French cuisine with new dishes every day at lunch-dinner. 14. Free bar with choice of wine, beer, cocktails, cognac. 15. Amazing excursions with professional guides. 16. Daily room service upon request. 17. Strong AC in a cabins. 18. Relaxing entertainment at the evenings. 19. Good full buffet breakfast. 20. CroisiEurope offers individual shore excursions in two categories: Classic & Discovery, the classic excursions are usually more gentle and slow pace while Discovery will involve more walking. You can book the excursions in advance or on board, the benefit of booking them earlier rather than on board is the reduced price.
