  the overall was excellent but would like to add: Terre Del Fuego hike could have been more strenuous and I did not consider it moderate with measure with past hikes. I am an avid hiker even at 70 years of age. The canoe trip could have been more strenuous and definitely longer. I felt that I the event was a paddle across a pond. Horse back riding could have been an hour or hour and a half at the most. I did not realize that I could opt out of activities as a part of the tour. I would have scheduled kayaking in lieu of horseback riding. Additional activities to Emerald Lake should have been suggested since there is an entire afternoon in Ushuaia upon arrival. Also, there is ample time when arriving in El Calafate. These activities can be purchased from Trip Adviser and would complement the tour. All is all, I enjoyed the tour but the details mentioned above suggest improvements for those who are moderate and above regarding adventure.Show more

  1. We found Say Heuque by google. The site was/is verry positif. Then we contacted Say Hueque and talked to Maria. She kept all options open and advised us verry well in a kind and positif way. Chapeau for Maria. 2. The whole trip was verry well organised. And the wonderfull back up Ines!! Nothing went wrong. Everything and everybody was in time and always with a smile on the face. 3. Our favorite hotel was in Ushuaia. The Fueguino hotel. Verry big room and a beautiful view. But also fantastic food. And everywhere we stayed the people were verry nice. 4.Our favorite excursion was in Ishuaia. Verry impressif. 5. Our guide in Iguazu was fantastic. Het worked at Ecoiguazu turismo. 6. We had one room in the old part of the hotel and that was not so good. It was the hotel : st George. We would like to thank Ines for always stand by during the three weeks. That was amazing. Than we like to thank the people behind the desks of Say Hueque. The trip was TOP organised. Show more

  I travel the world 3 times a year and have never experienced a more caring Tour Company, than SAY HUEQUE. We had arranged for tours to Iguazu Falls and El Calfate with them, not only were they way cheaper than most other companies with the same offering, but very very true to label with their offerings. The minute we arrived in Buenos Aires ( mind you our flight was 4 hours late) her representative Marcela (fantastic and caring person) was there at the airport to greet us, and stayed with us to check us into our hotel, specific instructions and arranged pick up and departure times were always spot on, which left us very comfortable between trips to and from the airport knowing that we were being looked after with a gold five star service at all times. If you are looking at a holiday anywhere in South America, especially Argentina, more so if you cannot speak Spanish, then I strongly recommend you give this company an opportunity to offer their services to you.Show more

  Everything was taken care of! I could enjoy just being in beautiful Patagonia and relax rather than constantly trying to sort my travel and hotel arrangements at each stop. The scenery at Perito Moreno and in Torres del Paine was unbeatable, but I also really enjoyed the hike in Ushuaia because the guide was so knowledgeable, and the lunch they prepared in they woods was quite nice. I loved all of the excursions. It was an incredible trip.Show more

  The places we visited were just breathtaking, and the Argentinians were very friendly and welcoming. It was one of our best trips ever and one we will remember and talk about for a long time. My favorite excursion was the Marpatag Glaciares Gourmet boat trip. Seeing the glaciers up close was an unforgettable sight. The Gourmet lunch was excellent and we enjoyed the company of other travelers. I would like to mention our guide in Buenos Aires, Ceci Martire. She was our very best guide, very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! She sent us emails throughout our trip to make sure everything was going as planned. Thank you, Ceci. One negative thing that I need to mention was our all day excursion from El Calafate to Torres Del Paine. We expected to be picked up in a comfortable van for such a long ride, but instead we were picked up in a small SUV. This was too small for 3 adults in the back seat. And on top of that our driver decided to take a short cut over very bumpy gravel roads. This did reduce our travel time by 1 1/2 hours each way though.Show more

  We had a fabulous time, packing in a huge amount in just 12 days, from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia to El Calafate and Iguazu. Argentina is huge so we had to take a few flights to get places. We were always met and taken to our hotels by the loveliest people. We enjoyed all our trips either escorted by a private guide or on a small group guided tour. We also had time for independent activities. We mainly visited places for their amazing natural scenery, but also enjoyed a bit of culture with the tango and music show. This was top notch. The experiences were always amazing, but, one that stood out was padding on a lake in a National Park out from Ushuaia with an outstanding guide, John, and his driver. Can't recommend this highly enough!Show more

  The Hotel in Buenos Aires (l'Hotel) was not 4 Star in comparison to the others we stayed at. Noisy suite, poor breakfast and generally just a 3 star. Lujan was very responsive to our enquiries and... complaints. Anything we did with shared transportation was a challenge with the driver normally turning up 30 mins late. Our guides were very good. Iguazu was spectacular and Im glad 2 of us did the boat trip through the Falls. We were glad we upgraded to a 5 course wine lunch at Vista Alba (excellent) - the other wine tasting after was not any good. The trip to the Andes was only Ok - not much to see. Hotel Cacique in Bariloche had stunning views. Hotel Mirador del Lago had view of lake in distance but the upgraded suites were on the road and noisy.Show more
