      what's the difference between the 28 days tour and the 33 days tour can I book in advance till I arrange for all the visas and is it refundable in case I faced any visa issues?

      Yes, you can pay a minimum deposit to secure your space, with full payment due 60 days prior to departure. If you cancel 61 days or more before departure, your deposit will remain on file. However, if you cancel within 60 days, cancellation fees will apply, and your deposit will still remain on file for use toward a future tour of your choice.

      Regarding the tours, the 33-day tour you are referring to may be part of our 18–39s style, while the 29-day tour would be a Classic tour (open to all ages).

    Do we need a Loas evisa before we enter Laos or can we apply for the visa on arrival. If we need a visa before we arrive which arrival point are we at.

      Also what is the average weather for this period (25 march to 22 April).. specifically at north, as I am concerned about not coping with extreme heat.?

      As this is a Classic style trip, it it open to all ages from 12, depending on a date it does vary where some dates lean more to an older demographic, and other dates can be either younger or mixed.

      The average weather during end March to April is very hot and humid and temperatures average 30 degrees celcius to almost 40 degrees.

      For visa's it would depend if you get a visa on arrival or a visa, those can take up to 2 weeks to receive. For Thailand most nationalities do not need a visa for Thailand for stays of 30 days or less but if you do they are available on arrival at Bangkok Airport. If staying in Thailand for more than 30 days, you will be required to obtain a tourist visa in advance. Only 15 day tourist visas are issued when entering Thailand overland.

      Vietnam: If you require a visa for Vietnam, they need to be arranged ahead of time (BEFORE your trip) as the processing time varies (minimum 2 weeks) and they are not available upon arrival.

      Laos: If you are eligible to apply for a Laos E-Visa you can apply online here

      Cambodia: Visas can be obtained in advance from your local embassy or on arrival in Bangkok (if your tour begins in Thailand). You will need at least one full working day to arrange this. You can also obtain your visa at the Cambodian border or Siem Reap Airport for approx. $30 USD. Please have *at least* 2 passport photos with you as well.
