can I add paragliding in zermatt in your tour?

We are unable to make any adjustments to the itinerary but you are welcome to independently arrange paragliding during your free time in Zermatt.

Are vegetarian options available for the included dinners? Are there still spots available?

We currently have 3 spaces left showing for this date. We can requested vegetarian meals, however due to multiple hotels used on tour, options may be limited with some places.

We would like to take this tour with our son who will be 4+ years old at the time of departure. Would that be ok ? If so, do we need to book for 2 or 3 travellers? He will be staying with us.

Confused about cancelation policy. What happens if you cancel BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT ?

For trips outside the United States, motorized/electronic scooters are not allowed. If you are bringing a wheelchair, we can gather that information once we have you booked and deposited on the tour.

Can you advise if you have availability for 2 people on this 12 September departure date? If you do, would it be possible to hold the space for Maria until she has received her funds back from a declined booking with yourselves?

We do not have a hotel listed for Zurmatt, that stay will be in Tasch. Once you are booked, you will receive the list of potential hotels.

I have special needs. May I pay for upgraded room. Large size. I don't mind paying and I want this resolved before I agree. Once there my requests often get "lost" again I am willing to pay for upgraded accommodations or suite

We can request you have an accessible room. We will have to gather information about your special needs request once your booked on the tour. We are unable to upgrade your room to a larger size, you may be able to request to change your room with the hotel staff.

My friend and I would love to do this trip, but want to go straight from the last destination to Lake Como instead of ending in Zurich. Specifically, I was hoping we could leave the tour Day 9 from Lucerne instead of traveling back to Zurich.

We are unable to make any customizations to the tours however, you are welcome to depart the tour a day early. Please be advised there is no compensation for the missed portion of the vacation.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
