Is there a special price for Uniformed Services - United States Air Force? and also for students studying graduate school in US? what are the cancellation policy and terms? Is any visa required for US Citizens/Passport holders?

We do not offer a military or a student discount to our travelers. All guests traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Responsibility for meeting the entry/exit requirements (passport validity/blank pages, visas etc.) rests with the guest. Please review the Entry/Exit information included in your Travel Packet carefully for full details about entry and exit requirements specific to your tour.

When and where does the tour end?

This tour ends with breakfast at M Hotel in Ljubljana, and it is time to say farewell to your newfound friends before you continue travelling your separate ways! Please be aware that the ending hotel will not be confirmed until your final documents are released.

When and where does the tour start?

The first day of this tour generally starts from M Hotel in Ljubljana and as the first day is just an arrivals day you can arrive at any time. Spend the day exploring Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital, and be back at the hotel in the evening where you will meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers for an included dinner. Please be aware the starting hotel is subject to change until your final documents are released.

Airport transfers are available for this tour at an additional cost, please contact our customer support team to arrange this.

Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?

Of course, we can! Once you have a confirmed booking on this tour, we can request additional accommodation for you with the tour operator.

What is the age range?

The age requirement for this tour is 8 years old, which means that small children under the age of 8 are not eligible to participate in this tour. The is no maximum age limit for this tour, and all mature travellers are welcome to join!

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

A single supplement is available for this tour at an additional cost, however, the single supplement is completely optional and you are not required to pay a single supplement to join the tour. The tour price advertised is based on a twin share basis, which means that if you are a single traveller you will be roomed with a passenger of the same gender and around the same age at no additional cost.

Is there a hotel list available?

All accommodations are subject to change until 4-6 weeks before the departure date. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details, however, this is a list of hotels that they typically stay at, but please be advised that they are subject to change: Ljubljana: M Hotel Zadar: Porto Dubrovnik: Tirena Sarajevo: Hotel Bosnia Plitvice National Park: Jezero Hopefully, this list will give you a better idea of what kind of accommodation you can expect while on tour.
